Costco does it again! I had 2 items to return one the Rao's eggplant parmigiana. It must of fell off the shelf because when I opened the box , both trays were shattered. I also had to return a pair of windshield wiper blades because they just didn't work with my car. Both were taken back without question. The clerk that waited on me was very pleasant and apologetic for the damaged item. Absolutely wonder service ! Naturally when you are in Costco you have to go into the store and see what you might find. This coat is my bargain for the week. It is perfect for spring and fall weather. Where else can you find a quality coat for 10.00!?! It definitely pays to be a Costco member!

Foods good but the selection is pretty lackluster compared to their main competitor, and the food court staff seem to be interested in getting you in and out as fast as possible with little attention paid to body language.I've had one person come up to the register and just stare at me as if they were waiting for my order. No 'hello' or 'how can I help you?'.

I will have it regularly as good for nothing to do social media fools are rumor mongering that it might be withdrawn. Very hearty and fulfilling sandwich. Easiest five stars ever. FOR WHAT IT IS. The food is dirt cheap. The quality isn't the best, but honestly it's really good for the price. Costco could charge a lot more if they wanted to. Today I got the cheese pizza slice, a hot dog, and a soda. Less than 4 bucks and I was full all afternoon. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted amazing.The service is always quick. Even if there is a huge line, I have never had to wait long. The actual dining area is just ok. It has space to sit, eat, and chat with friends. Not much more.Hard to beat the extreme low price of the Costco food counter. And even though the price is low the food is still great. You need to try it!!!

All the employees in the kitchen were busting butt crushing it with smiles on their faces this evening! We ordered 5 pizzas for my sons birthday and showed up late… no one acted irritated or frustrated. They were running around sweating and still treating everyone so kindly! They need a recognition and a raise!
This Costco was well organized. The meats and produce looked great. More clothes at this location than I've seen at some other locations. Employees were friendly. Best place to buy gas.

on July 2nd we had an appointment to get new tires. we were told that the wrong size were ordered for our car. no big deal, order the correct tires and we will be back the following weekend. Right? No wrong, very wrong. We were told they needed to put our car back together and we would be on our way. easy enough. When we got there we had brakes, we got into the car to leave and the brakes went to the floor.. got the service people who were very helpful, young lady pointed out the car was not lifted traditional spot due to rust. manager comes out shuts the girl up with his look and basically tells us to find a ride home and the damage was coincidental. uhm so we had brakes when we got there and none when we left and you have no responsibility? Ridiculous. spoke to a assistant manager at the customer service desk who was supposed to contact the manager of the store ( not tire center manager kierh) who was in turn to contact us. Never happened. I'm not looking for a new car just repair the brake line you broke. Don't get tires at Costco. 100 percent do not recommend

Just moved in to Indianapolis and bought few furniture at this location.The Manager and employees customers service was very helpful professional and Amazing.I had company vehicle and they loaded all the furniture into the truck and I couldn't make it without them.Special thanks to employee Gaige!!!I do appreciate your patience and helping ??
