The food did not meet my expectations, especially considering the positive reviews. Perhaps it appeals more to locals who may not have a strong reference point for authentic chai and Indian snacks. As someone familiar with high-quality chai and traditional Indian snacks, I found it to be below average.

The cutest little chai shop! I want to come back again already! We got the cardamom chai (hot), brown sugar cinnamon chai (iced), paneer kati roll, bun maska, malai parantha, and a mango lassi. The cardamom chai was wonderful, not particularly strong and i got it sweetened so it was just a nice warm morning drink. I didn’t like the brown sugar cinnamon chai as much, i wish i could’ve tasted more spice but it seemed to be more like what you would get at starbucks or another chain, which might be what the goal was. Again, tasted good, just not my personal favorite! The bun maska was basically just a burger bun with butter and some kind of gelatin candy. I will absolutely be getting the malai parantha again cause it was so good! Reminded me of a crepe, but with some cinnamon and sweet drizzle on top. The planned kati roll was good, a little spicy and very flavorful. Now I’ve always wanted to try a mango lassi, and they didn’t disappoint! Like the best mango smoothie you’ve ever had, not too sweet and very mango-y. I can’t wait to come back and try some more of their options!

Butter chicken filling inside kathi roll was tasty. Ambience is cute with various places to sit and a few other Indian things to buy (incense sticks, copper water bottles, etc). Service was quick!

I am writing the rest of the review in Hindi because I am telling it only to Indian people - the price is very high in comparison to the price. I spent around $17 on a regular ginger chai and a kathi roll. Chai Wagh Bakri brand is instant I think, because I have brought the same brand home so I have got the taste. The 3 flavors that are being sold (masala, adrak, and elaichi) are the same 3 flavors that are available in Indian stores. Additionally, the paratha used for the kathi roll was not freshly made, instead it was frozen paratha of Kawan brand (I also learned this because I brought the same at home). Overall I could tell their clientele is mostly liberal people who don't know the difference and are fond of drinking “chai tea” and “tumeric latte”, so they fully support Dukaandaaro's plan (min cost max profit), but overall If you are Indian you will definitely notice what I have noticed. Service was good, Sardarji at the counter was very nice. Sat sri akal ???

The cutest and coziest place to get chai and a bite to eat! Stopped by and got a pumpkin spice chai which was delicious. Their samosas and chicken Kati rolls are also to die for. Great quiet space to relax, meet with friends, and work!

Just another chai shop, if you've ever been to one. Bagged chai, nothing special. Didn't really enjoy it more or less than concentrate from Starbucks.

Food tasted really bland. We ordered 2 kathi rolls but both had zero flavor in it. Even chai was all water down. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I was really excited to try it out but regretted my decision to have brunch there. Waste of time and money.
