I have limited experience at the HI-FI as a patron, but I've performed there a handful of times. The HI-FI treats its artists, even tiny local artists like me, better than any venue I've performed at. You can see a show at the HI-FI safely knowing that the artists are treated with kindness and respect. Thanks, HI-FI!
This is one of my favorite concert venues in Indy! I love live music, and this is a venue where I can enjoy it. It's smaller, so you can get up close and see the bands. I'm short, so that matters! Since you're close, bands often interact with the audience. Even though it's smaller, it never seems to get too crowded. You don't feel like you're standing on top of each other. Fabulous small live music venue. Sound is great. Drinks are solid and reasonably priced. Bartenders were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely keep an eye on who is playing there and return.
