Amazing 10th floor lounge. The gentleman who I met in the lounge, Westley Napier, gave the best service I've ever received in my life. He can answer any questions about the city, including the history and fun facts, which enriched my experience. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

What an awesome stay we had. The front desk staff is fresh and pleasant! The rooms are decorated tastefully. The club level is extremely comfortable and the breakfast and early evening Hors d'oeuvres are a great way to start your day and relax in the evening. To speak of the Club lounge would not be complete if I did not mention the classy and helpful Westley Napier! Wow he is a class act and the right man for the job! He definitely made our stay better! Thank you Ohio street Sheraton !

Valet staff was quick and courteous. We came into town for a funeral and enjoyed walking around the city and checking out the sites. This was our first time in Indianapolis. Parking was expensive for this hotel but the valet staff did great.

Always a great place to stay when I visit Indy. So much to do within a short walk. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The club lounge is stacked up with drinks and food. The breakfast is outstanding and well maintained by Westley Napier.

The 10th floor lounge had excellent and service by Westley Napier. Highly recommended. There were over 100 people using the lounge this morning, Westley Napier stepped up going above and beyond ensuring that all of our needs were met in a timely manner. This was much appreciated.

Westley and I chatted a couple times in the club and he went out of his way to be accommodating and friendly. I want to thank him for the coffee that saved me in all day meetings. The front desk people were great and even a cook who offered to make me the best omelette. I wish I had the time. Shout out to really great staff, which really helps when you are staying for there for a couple days to work. If I come back, I’ll come back just to say hi to Westley. Thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed for a business trip. Everyone was very accomadating. Super nice I was upgraded to suite! I want to particularly mention the the Club Lounge. This area was always stocked and full of food. Additionally Westley was always very welcoming and ensured my experience here was top notch!

After a long week, my husband and I went to Indianapolis for the weekend. I was so pleasantly surprised to see the Club Lounge open to grab a bite to hold me till dinner. Wes Napier was the host and did a fabulous job making me feel at home. I look forward to what other surprises this hotel holds. It’s location on Monument circle is also great and central for us.
The parking garage is being renovated but was still easily accessible. Upon check-in, my girlfriend and I were greeted extremely warmly by Camilo, David J, and Maquel. Although our room wasn’t immediately ready, they were kind enough to change our room while maintaining all of our accommodations. They also provided us with some great dinner recommendations for our evening in Indianapolis. My girlfriend & I are moving from Washington DC to Colorado this week; the 8 hours of driving on our first leg of the move has been exhausting, but thanks to Camilo, David J, and Maquel, we’re having a fantastic, fun evening as if we’re Indianapolis locals.

Great facility. Excellent staff. Had lunch in restaurant. Would not go again. Will stay at the hotel in the future. Great location, walking distance to much of downtown. Parking is expensive. Garage under much needed repairs.

The location is great. Downtown - close to everywhere you would want to go. With that said - my complaints are balanced by convenience and location. Biggest complaint? Room temps. I have been here for 3 days - and I cannot get my room above 67 degrees. I adjusted the temp when I checked in - and over the last three days - I have been able to raise temp from 64 to 67. It is not comfortable - as it is a heat pump style heating. cool feeling air being drawn in... Public areas in Lobby are also very cold. Entry doors open to area right in front of check in desk. Don't plan on using lobby for comfortable meeting place without your outerwear. Rooms are clean though decor is tired. Garage is under construction - and probably the lowest ceiling garage I have ever experienced. Check height of large SUV before entering. People? Nice staff - friendly and helpful. You will be pleased. I suggest management stock glasses in the bathroom. If you are looking for something to rinse with - use a coffee cup located in the cabinet unter the TV. Minor annoyance. Not sure what summer is like here. It may be fine. If you are coming to stay during cooler weather - bring your sweater or flannel PJ's to stay warm! Cheers!
