What an awesome stay we had. The front desk staff is fresh and pleasant! The rooms are decorated tastefully. The club level is extremely comfortable and the breakfast and early evening Hors d'oeuvres are a great way to start your day and relax in the evening. To speak of the Club lounge would not be complete if I did not mention the classy and helpful Westley Napier! Wow he is a class act and the right man for the job! He definitely made our stay better! Valet staff was quick and courteous. We came into town for a funeral and enjoyed walking around the city and checking out the sites. This was our first time in Indianapolis. Parking was expensive for this hotel but the valet staff did great.

Amazing 10th floor lounge. The gentleman who I met in the lounge, Westley Napier, gave the best service I've ever received in my life. He can answer any questions about the city, including the history and fun facts, which enriched my experience. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
