Applebee's grill + bar

The food was delicious. I got the bacon burger combo. The bourbon flavor was delicious. The burger was so big I could only eat half. The rest was even better the next day. I felt crowded. The hostess was seating everyone in the same area. One group of customers got up and moved to the bar area, and then others followed. I'm not sure what was going on. Our waitress was nice. She was helping a new girl who was a bit behind. It was a good lunch.

Overcooked food. Pure communication regarding bill total. Presentation of food lacking in appeal. We eat with our eyes first.

It wasn't what I expected. In the past, the overall experience was satisfactory! Not today!!!

Everything was great but I won't be back until the powers that be actually trust their servers enough to let them take money and cards! The ridiculous self-service is beyond my comprehension. And it's a real pain for the wonderful servers.

Me and my family went to Applebee's Monday 1/6/2025. There was a big snow storm the prior day, so the wait staff was very small. When we walked in, we were seated around other groups, all in one area. I suppose to help with managing orders. When our waitress (dianne) came by she asked for our drink orders. My mom and I ordered water my son a lemonade and my daughter a pop rock soda. When the wait staff came back we placed our orders the meals that my kids ordered came with a drink. (Not the pop rock drink). So I asked the wait staff to bring my daughter a lemonade when she was done with her previous drink. When we recieved our receipt I noticed that Dianne had charged me for my daughter lemonade which was suppose to be included in her combo, so I asked Dianna to remove it. At that point Dianne became angry asking me why did she need to remove it it was only a drink it's not a big deal. She was loud and walking up in my face she snatched my receipt from my hand and said fine ill handle it. When she came back with my receipt she noticed that she was wrong and offered an apology but the deed was already done. she yelled and belittle me infront of my family and other customers I will not be returning to this location and maybe no other location either

Amanda our waitress was great!! She constantly made sure we were taken care of and offered great service. The manager was also very attentive and kind. I haven’t been to an Applebees in forever but will definitely be back! I had a great experience and the food was quick!
