I just wanted to share my experience at this Fazolis. Three weeks ago in my way home from work I stopped there for dinner to take home. I ordered the chicken carbonara. When I got it home the noodles were well overcooked. Gummy in taste. I notified the store manager Mauvereen. She apologized and said that I could come back in and they would remake it for me. I think it's strange that they behave almost like a higher end restaurant with table service. The service was great though, the employee was very nice but do you tip or not? I don't know what to do if I dine in. And the portions can be a little small. But it's ok.
