ALL FIVE of the stars I am giving go DIRECTLY to Demetrius!!! Let me be clear about that!! This young man was the ONLY person doing EVERYTHING in the store!! Taking the orders, accepting payments @ the window, making the food, & bringing it to the cars!! He not only had a great system that he was following to make the process smoother for himself, but he got all the orders correct as I sat there watching him bring HOT, FRESH food out to the customers!!! AND, AND, he KEPT a POSITIVE attitude during the entire thing!!! This young man deserves a raise & recognition!! Arby’s needs to do better & get him some help!!!! He IS PHENOMENAL!!!! Great job Demetrius!!!

I've become to this Arby's for over 50 years and this place has turned into nothing more than a dump. You are kidding right your food preparation is horrible now the restaurant and your premises are dirty. If you're not going to run a decent restaurant why keep it in business. The one at 21st and shadeland doesn't seem to have the same problems

This is by far the worst Arby's I've ever seen. The place is gross, understaffed, out of menu items, and I'm still trying to figure out why I paid $9 for watered down coke, cold fries and this disgusting overcooked cold nasty chicken bacon swiss that has some weird sour liquid on it. ? Waste of money and I didn't eat it.

short: Last night LATE drive-thru, Joshua was an amazing example of going that extra bit - well done Sir! Thank you!The food was ...meh... it's Arby's.But Joshua is 5stars.More: My wife went to Florida for business and first day knocked out by covid, to spend the next 4 days isolated and miserable in a hotelroom before her flight home would allow. She had been crying for days. I wanted to have a favorite sandwich ready for her when I picked her up.Joshua was alone in the restaurant taking care of one customer at a time and doing a damn good job. Bombastic! Extremely polite and friendly!I share too much with strangers regularly, my bad, and told Joshua what's up. He insisted that I take a milkshake to her as well.Joshua, if you read this, that's the first chuckle she had all day.You are what makes great customer service!Thank you. DJ Enzyme.

This used to be a really well ran Arby's, it's not now. Several times in the last few weeks I have waited at the drive thru and not been able to even have anyone respond. If you can get them to take your order the food has been awful (dry, old tasting) and they are handing out nasty ketchup in containers instead of packets.

Very rude window girl got 5 different orders and asked for ketchup and didn't get none no condiments what so ever and they ask you before you get up to the window and I asked again just to make sure and I thought she put them in there but in reality I just saw her hand go in the bag for no reason that is ridiculous

Trash, trash, trash don't even waste your time here! The food is never right. You'll be patiently waiting on your food and when you get, you get fries that was cook yesterday. I called just to ask why would you give me some food you wouldn't even eat? Her reply "I'm sorry you can bring them back and I'll cook some fresh ones" but why should I have to come back when you KNEW they were from yesterday.. I'm done with this place. Do better!!!

I don't know what was going on but I love Arby's it's my favorite restaurant but it gave me diarrhea I hope the cashiers and the food maker wash their hands but I will still return

Man what can be said, they are slow with taking orders. That’s one thing, then I ordered a chicken sandwich that was so covered in sauce that I could not eat it. Like who needs that much sauce guys?!? For real if I wanted honey mustard only then that’s what I would order. I’ve reviewed several spots over here and honestly this whole area just sucks when it comes to service.

Every time I go to this location the experience declines further and further. That's pretty bad considering I don't go often. Let's begin by talking about how I pulled up to the drive-thru and was immediately told that the credit end debit machine wasn't working and they were only taking cash. I checked my cash and said okay and then there was still another three to four minute wait before someone responded to take my order. I placed my order which I had to repeat x3. Now the employee begins to yell at me and keeps asking after every item is that it... is that it? I repeated my order to verify that he had it all and he was like YES pull around! I get to the window and I am charged $12.75 and give him a $20 & receive $7.25 change. Shortly after he shoves my bag out the window to me immediately closes the window back. I probably checked my bag to make sure it looked like everything was in it. I never received my receipt so I had to yell through the window to him that I needed my receipt and he snatched it off the stack he had and handed it to me by this point I was so appalled and upset by his behavior that I didn't even realize he never gave me my milkshake so I pulled off.Well the Clincher of this is that I get home and review my receipt and my order was only $11.75, so is he adding in tips for himself now? They don't offer you a receipt and had I never asked for it would have never noticed this. This is theft and not appreciated even though it's just $1. if he needed it I would have given it to him! Just think of how much you can collect if you do this to every customer, I can't shop places with untrustworthy associates handling my money or cards.When I arrived home I attempted to call this location so that they could note that I don't have my milkshake and I could come by and get one tomorrow and also let them know about the theft in the Drive-Thru but no one bothered to answer the phone after several attempts and several rings Please give this man a raise or counseling so he's not rude and doesn't have to steal from your customers. This is just sad Arby's and Chick-fil-A used to be premier when it came to customer service but no longer.

Cashier wouldn't add an item to my order when I got to the window. Couldn't even do a separate order when no one was in line behind me. Uncooperative and pretty short with customers. Food was good but service wasn't that great.

Love that they will do specialty things if asked. I have a child who has to have something different than the norm and they always help.

They were extremely rude when we were ordering, and would not fix our order. Would not recommend going to this Arby's. Did not give us all our food and charged us for it. Unacceptable..
