So I wanted to get my daughter and I a snack while my wife was at the dentist down the street. There was a couple in front of us taking a long time to either wait for a response on the menu board or they had a lengthy order. I don't mind waiting it's not all about me, we ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich for $14.00 for 2 items? When I get my fish sandwich, it's cold, I just paid $14.00 for just 2 items. The least you could do is serve me warmed food. It seems as if Arby's price point is too high for my taste.

I ordered the 2 for $7 beef and cheddar. One was literally bread and meat. I also ordered the new big cheesy bacon burger. I never found the cheese. Along with a large fry and jalapeño poppers. $28 later and it was so disappointing I won't be back. The only highlight was the woman that took and delivered my order to my car because I was asked to pull around for a sandwich that looked like it had been sitting and the fact the order wasn't even accurate. Stannicca I appreciate you and keep being pleasant!! As f8r the quality of food, hard pass from now on!! Smh, only reason we went was because Culver's is being remodeled. Smh idk why it won't allow me to upload photos.

Just went here ordered a fish and cheddar, a slider with an au jus cup, and a Gyro with Tazkiki sauce. When I pulled around I didn’t have my taziki so I went in, the employee at the counter didn’t know what taziki was and when she asked another employee they handed me three pepper sauce.. when I got home I realized they gave me a beef and cheddar instead of a fish and cheddar, that looks literally slapped together and stepped on and I had no au jus in the bag. The fries are cold and dry. 0/10 I’m so sad I wasted my money here.

The employees are jus there, they don't seem happy about it... the food was ok, seemed like a small portion...UPDATE... went back today, it's worse then before!! Service was Zero! Food made me physically ill! StilI feel sick 8 hrs later! I waited 10 min jus to be acknowledged & have my order taken, 2 employees looked at me & ignored me waiting!!

The young man at the drive thru was very professional, alot of the Arby's just trashy customer
Just dont ask for fresh fries when they are slow.. We did and got the worst fries ever. I've never had hard fries from Arbys, but this place managed to make them extra hard, as if I got some from last night. My wife got a ruben with soggy bread. Tf? This place had no customers and somehow we got the worst customer experience. How? If you worked on Sunday aug 6th at 3pm YOU SUCK AT LIFE just give up and go play in traffic. Its no wonder places like this pay minimum because you can't even give minimum effort..
