Arby's, located on Georgetown Road, impressed customers with its cleanliness and friendly staff. Despite arriving during a heavy downpour, the spotless restaurant and accommodating employees made the dining experience enjoyable. Freshly prepared food, helpful guidance through the menu, and even extra horseradish sauce to take home were highlights of the visit. The staff's efforts to communicate and offer alternative options when facing shortages were appreciated. Customers felt welcomed and cared for by the attentive and kind employees, making them eager to return in the future.
