Awesome arbys location! Came here with my bf and ordered online, decided to eat inside and they had my order hot and ready in less than 2 minutes! Everything tasted AMAZING! and the customer service was phenomenal. The woman working the front counter deserves a raise, as for the rest of the employees at this location. You guys could teach the Beech grove location a few things lol. Thanks for the awesome dinner and customer service!

Shake machine was shut down for cleaning 3 hours before closing. Literally came just for the Jamocha Shake and Jalapeño bites. The Jalapeño Bites were good and fresh, but the Shake machine being down was a let down.

Dependable taste! Rough (literally) to get to due to poor pavement, potholes, that have persisted for years - likely not fault of the franchise, but leasee.
Arby’s is one of a few fast food restaurants that I will eat at. This one, however, I will never visit again. I ordered the 2 for $7 they made the mozzarella stick twice and both times they were cold.

A young lady waited on me in the Drive-Thru window and she was just so pleasant and so nice and my stuff had to be fried and so I had to wait but that was worth it and she was very prompt with it and it was just such a nice experience even though I had to

This is the sorriest excuse for a resurant I have been yo in awhile. It was 1130 pm and this sorry excuse for a worker said they were out of roast beef. That is yhe majority of what is sold here. If owned this restaurant I would fire everyone working yhe late shift. They are robbing yhe owners of business because they are to dam lazy to make a sandwich. Worthless experience. Never will I go back here again
