I loved going, but the last 2 times were quite disappointing, one of them took approximately 45 minutes to serve us, I had to ask several times for our order and they just said it would be ready soon. We ordered tacos to try the new menu and when the food arrived, the meat was tough and cold and the tortillas so hard that it was difficult to bite into them, so after 45 minutes we received our food that could not be eaten, we told the waiter and he changed 3 dishes and again it took approximately 30 minutes for them to bring the food, and even then it was not the best. The other time we ordered a torta Burger, it said it had avocado and to our surprise it was a Cheeseburger! I asked the waitress what she had ordered a torta and she said yes, that's what they have a torta here, that's what we call hamburgers! So why put tortas on the menu if it's actually a hamburger? If I had wanted a hamburger, I would have ordered one, but we wanted to try their new Latin menu (torta). Also, it took them about 35 minutes to bring us the food, and there were only two dishes. I hope they return to the service and food they had before, because they were really good and they were a place we liked to go to.

My co-worker picked up food for the office. I ordered the fried chicken and it was the worst, bland chicken I have ever tasted. Normally I do not add salt to any food but that was the only way I could get a little of my money’s worth.

Didn't get the right items again. I ordered pancakes and they didn't include butter or syrup. Cooked the eggs wrong. I contacted the restaurant because this has happened numerous times and they just hung up on me. Last time I ordered a Art's famous Skillet they just sent scrambled eggs and potatoes in a box. No chorizo, peppers, onions or anything else. They also didn't send the orange juice or coffee another time as well. Always missing something in almost every order and they never send the condiments even if you call and ask or put it in the notes. They must have switched ownership several months back because they changed to these cheap styrofoam to go dishes that melt when they put hot food in them so they're probably poisoning everyone as well. I went to eat my food and the bottom of the styrofoam had melted so much that it had a hole in it. I will not be ordering from this place again due to the potential health hazards alone.

Today reminded me why we stopped going to Arts. I called at 6 am for fried biscuits. The lady said ready in 15 mins. When I got there, there was already others waiting for their carry out orders. The lady told me that it would be ONE more minute.......at 645, this woman brings out EVERYONE's to go orders. All of us are looking at each other like, she cant be serious right now?! I opened my box at checkout in front of her to LUKEWARM biscuits with cold smucker apple butter packets...happened to the little warm tubs of apple butter that used to come with them?
I really wanted to like Arts and expected authenticity in some of the dishes but found it rather bland. The huevos rancheros is a crime in itself. Peasant potatoes are bland and usually taste like they are old and have been warmed up. It has just been going downhill over the years and before anyone says "its packed all the time" OF COURSE it is, we live in a food desert over here with limited breakfast spots outside of fast food. Do better.

First time ordering from Washington st location food tasted old and not fresh ! Hash browns were also old! I ordered an extra side of Hash browns which didnt taste fully cooked! I have no words for the so called steak that gave me 😡 waste of $30 👎🏼👎🏼

I order the biscuit gravy combo with a side of bacon all the time. I get it through door dash which makes it more expensive but it’s worth it. However the last time I ordered it you guys wrote on there no side +bacon. So I didn’t get my diced potatoes that always comes with it. Kind of ruined my morning lol. If people are paying 25 for food please make sure it’s in there and the order is correct. The bacon was an extra side I don’t know why the side that came with it got taken off. I literally order this like 1-2 a week.

I love food but coming to have breakfast but there are times when ? the waitresses serve their favorite customers better or those they know even put coffee makers on their tables and because they are talking to them they neglect the other customers

In Indianapolis for the weekend. Wanted breakfast before we headed home. Found this great diner. Extensive breakfast menu (lunch too). Service was great, staff friendly and efficient. Had one of the skillets - excellent. Hot, potatoes perfectly crisp on the outside yet nice on the inside. Good portions for a reasonable price. Will definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

We waited almost an hour for our order because they forgot we were waiting. They forgot fries with my sandwich order I had. I ordered perch and I did not receive perch.. Maybe cod but not perch. Fish breading was soggy.They have sauce cups in the front of the restaurant where the bees play and live.

Walking in we were greeting by the kindness young lady (did not catch her name) ... It was my birthday and I was not disappointed!!! The food was amazing to say the least and our server (YETI) was beyond awesome. She was approachable,hard working and had the best personality ever. We will be back next week! Just found a new brunch spot :) prices were great... For two to dine was under $40 with drinks .... Thank you for making my birthday so peaceful
