We’ve been going to Arts for years. The food has always been good to great. Prices have gone up significantly over the years, but the quality has been maintained.

Really nice fresh food

i felt like i was ignored. I understand working in the food industry can be difficult because i’ve worked fast food most of my life and on numerous occasions i’ve waited tables. I came with a group of people and granted some of them where nit picky but all in all they enjoyed there food as well as i did mine. I felt welcomed upon coming in but when the waitress brought out the food she was very impersonal giving some of my guests at the table short responses and just not friendly. out of the entire table i didn’t ask for much and i knew what i wanted right away so i didn’t keep her waiting. i told her that i wanted to hold onto the menu because i may want to order something extra after my meal. i ate my meal and it was really good but she never once asked me how the food was even after i was finished. I waited 24 minutes for her to even come back to the table because she just disappeared. I wanted to order something else but by that time i was ready to leave because everyone had finished there food. the restaurant wasn’t busy because i only saw two other customers and there was a total of three waitresses. from the sound of her talking in the back she was having a good time. i just wish that i felt as important as the people that she was talking to. It just made me feel unimportant. Even after she handed me the check she wouldn’t look at me and still didn’t ask me if i needed anything else like a water refill or if i wanted to order something else which i did. I never leave anything less than five dollars and usually will tip 7-10. I was hard for me to put a ten percent tip on the credit card receipt because i know waitresses depend on tips but i really felt neglected during my stay there. If she would of just taken a little bit of initiative and simply asked me how was is the food or can i offer you some more water that would of changed the entire experience. Like i said i have nothing bad to say about this establishment and i dont usually voice concern but i didnt feel valued

The food is great here and the waitresses are amazing! But the manager that was there Was so disrespectful to the staff It took everything in me not to say something to her when she was talking so rude and disrespectful to the staff she was very very out of her boundary's and If I worked here I would not put up with the attitude I witnessed from her, I am very impressed with the way the servers held their composure while being addressed in such a way.

My waitress was kind and nice. The food was horrible. I ordered a bacon egg cheese bagel. The bagel was not fresh, and the bacon was greesy. The cheese was just placed on the food that wasn't hot, so it did not melt. Do not make this place your first go-to unless you are truly starving. Will not revisit.

These are the best omelet and skillet breakfasts we've had in a long time. The waitress recommended the Navy Seal Skillet and it was delish.

Lily was our server and they were incredible, on top of every point of the visit, drink order, topping off, good time between checks and awesome attitude! Food was exactly what we were looking for, delicious, rich, filling, and homemade feel. Only recommendation is some newer seating furniture.
