I've always stopped at Guadalajara's for guacamole and chips to go. I wanted to sit down to eat but never had time. Well it was Fat Tuesday and the day before for Valentine's Day so since the Daniel Fast was starting the next day we decided to celebrate & go out to eat. This was an excellent decision! I have been to Guadalajara several times in the past. While I always enjoyed their food, on this visit it was exceptional! The Carnitas was so moist and tender. The service was also excellent. It just seemed so much better than my past experiences. Highly recommended!

I've been to a lot of different Mexican restaurants in the Indy metro area, and this is hands-down one of the BEST. Got the camarones a la diabla and they were wonderfully spicy (not too supremely spicy either). Choriqueso was very well seasoned and delicious as well. Service was immaculate too. This will not be our last time here either!
