Man yall charge for getting extra why do you not give whats ordered and for dang near 30yrs yall have had crumble sausage when did this change now got the big sausage half the pizza was just bread come on.

Avoid at all cost not worth it

New Update: After speaking with the owner he's making it right i didn't want anything free just extra sauce on the pizza he wanted needed feed back of how things are going with the business food wise... we will give them another try after the thought of the business being gone for so long we loved them when they where on Michigan st

What happened used to order every since I was young. Here the last 2 or 3 times called to place an order and no answer. I let it slide but it's a repetitive thing now. 😞

Nice little hole in the wall pizza place! My family learned about Aunt Polly's from a co-worker. We have been enjoying Aunt Polly's for almost three years.

very rude employees they assumed i was a different customer and wouldn’t take my order

The food is really good. Especially for the price. And the people are so so so friendly. But the shop itself is really inconsistent. There is no website. And the Facebook page isn’t updated more than every few months. And they don’t appear to update hours in Google. So they don’t really utilize any of the available methods to let their customers know when they’ll be closing outside of the normal hours.
For example: the Saturday between Christmas and new years and they’re closed. But nobody knows that unless they magically get someone to answer the phone. Which is hard on a regular day.
For many repeat customers, we know they don’t always get to every phone call. So a lot of us drive up there and place an order and wait. How does that work if they’re not open during their open hours, you ask?
It doesn’t. At all. And results in some pretty unhappy customers that normally try pretty hard to be understanding of their inconsistencies and barriers.
If Facebook is the only method you’re going to use to communicate with your customers, please try using it to its full capacity. Like making a post for days you’ll be closed.
And based on comments on that fb page and reviews here, it appears it’s a regular problem that could be better resolved with some communication.
