They were out of pretzels when i walked up. The guy that was making them said it would be 20 minutes. I told him I was only 2 terminals away, I'd be back and to save me one. Not only was he friendly and cheerful......but he came to the terminal with a pretzel looking for me!!! The pretzel was great and the service was outstanding! 10/10
The best customer service I've ever received at an airport. Which is the lowest of bars, but still. The cashier made a point to greet everyone who walked in. I wanted a cinnamon sugar pretzel. They were out. Did this man let that stop him? No he did not. He grabs me a regular pretzel and adds cinnamon sugar to it. What legend.

Pretzels are a 5 . The sandwiches are overpriced. I think they were made yesterday because the pretzels were not even made yet and the sandwiches were full. It was worth 1.00. We went back 15 min later for fresh pretzels. Very good. 5 stars on the
