Clean space, friendly staff, pretzel bites were nice and soft and other then the usual price of airport cost which should be no shock to anyone. Its an airport it's always going to cost more its called convenience. In my opinion first time having Ben's, better then Auntie Anne's.
I fly out of indy pretty frequently and my gate is near this store front. The first time I had a pretzel it was very tasty. The second time, I was told they were closing soon and therefore had a limited selection of overdone pretzels, and then this last time its 2pm in the afternoon they had several regular pretzels, 1 of each specialty pretzels and no pretzel dogs. The specialty pretzels again were looking overdone and airport food is too expensive to get poor quality so I...

Our food was hot, tasty, and quick. The service was fine, the staff member working was cordial, and everything was clean. I don't know how you can expect more than that.
