This was my third time going to this place, but my first time actually getting food. I loved it — it was delicious! I just had two small concerns. First, I wish they would give customers a number or call us by name instead of loudly yelling “hey” when orders are ready. Second, I’m lactose intolerant, so I wish they offered an option with almond milk or another milk alternative. Other than that, I love this place and will definitely come back to try more of their bubble...
We ordered shredded pork with bamboo shoots and salt-and-pepper fish fillets, but they were average — more like Americanized Chinese food. The fish fillets had a slightly odd texture; although they were crispy on the outside and tender inside, the tenderness felt more like a starchy softness. Price and portion is good tho.
Amazing Authentic Chinese food!! In addition to the typical American Chinese and sushi, they have a section of the menu in Chinese with some incredible truly authentic items. Double cook pork belly, fish and pickled cabbage in chili oil, husband and wife meat pieces... if you want the real deal, Bento has it!
