I really appreciate that the food is gluten free however the protein always seems to be lukewarm by the time I receive my food. I’m not sure if it’s not stirred enough or the way the hot plate is maintained but it makes me nervous so I haven’t been back in quite some time.

Got to the restaurant about 4:30 pm on a Sat and quite a bit of the food was not available. The girl that was working the food was not very pleasant. This was my first time there and I told her that and asked her to explain the process to me. She started talking extremely fast. I told her she was talking too fast, I could not catch what she was saying. She continued talking too fast. I told her I'd just read the board that she was still talking too fast. I met a friend at this Bibibop location for lunch. I was impressed with friendly welcome of the staff. The food was fresh and tasty. The decor was welcoming. My only slight complaint is that other Bibibop locations usually give me a little bigger portions. Overall it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pro-tip: download the Bibibop app if you eat there often. The points and rewards add up quickly.
