Best Philly Cheese steak ever! The business is run by a great guy who knows his stuff. If you are unsure what you want, trust that he will make a recommendation you will be thoroughly pleased with! The soft ice lemonade is amazing and altho you can add other flavors, I suggest you take it as is, cause why ruin a good thing!I have already visited multiple times and intend to continue returning. The food is EXCELLENT and taste delicious!! The service is great!! I've heard so many things about Big City Grill & Lemonade that I had to make the stop myself. You can eat here but they also pack the food good to go. You can call ahead and place your order too! I will definitely come by more often to try more things. I got some desert too. I work nearby and have ordered from Big City several times via DoorDash. I always get the chicken cheese steak and it never disappoints! I was pleasantly surprised by the slushy texture of the blue raspberry lemonade when I ordered for the first time — soooo good! Food is always delivered quickly and still hot. Highly recommend!
The worst customer service ever! They messed up my food had the neve to hang up on me several times while trying to speak to management!!! Left voicemail, management didn't responded!!!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The chicken gyro doesn't even taste like chicken or look like chicken. The fish is supposed to be catfish and honestly it's tilapia. Burger was pink in the middle. And chicken wing was about the size of my thumb. (THE WHOLE WING) I would rate it a zero but I had to rate it something. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
