Three Marias Mexican Food Truck attended an event at our office on the HOTTEST day of the year and helped feed 200 + guests! These guys did an awesome job under extreme temperatures and did what they said they would do and showed up when others wouldn't! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this spot absolutely deserves it. The quesa birria here is the best I’ve had in Indianapolis—perfectly crispy tortillas, juicy and flavorful meat, and the consommé?
