20 minutes to get recognized after getting seated on a slow night when it’s less than half full. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza that had no buffalo sauce and then had the server argue that it was the base and she was sure they put it in. When she brought it in a cup I tasted it by itself and can promise you they forgot it. Pretty poor experience.

I have been to big woods many times in little Nashville and Bloomington. I have always had a pleasant experience with great food and atmosphere. This experience was one of the worst, the chicken was over cooked and the burgers were half done, half raw. I am working up north and will not be stopping back by anytime soon or recommending my crew comes back either. Service was great other than that zero stars.

Not sure if it was the time of day we went (mid afternoon) or due to being a mall location but this visit didn’t live up to the typical quality I’ve had from other Big Woods spots.

Nothing was particularly bad (other than a quite rare burger) but nothing was particularly good. Maybe the Brussels sprouts. For the prices they charge I can’t recommend. Half the cost then sure it’s decent enough.

- Burger undercooked but tolerable.
- fish & chips good flavor but soggy
- Kids Mac & cheese good but quite cold (for safety maybe?)
- kids fruit was borderline acidic
- margarita pretty rough
- no issue with the service

Friendly and attentive staff, lovely cozy ambience. Food was good and healthy and didn’t leave you bloated. We had the bourbon glazed salmon and lemon chicken with a house salad. Great after a shopping spree! :)

I’m not one to make a review and a bad review at that. But I’ve been to the Nashville location in the past with no issues. But I went to the speedway location and it was not what I expected. The service was great however my food was so disappointing. My burger which I asked for medium was beyond well done. And I never complain if meat is a little past my liking, but this wasn’t acceptable. My side was not the side I even ordered. And I guess the entire meal was so under whelming. Maybe it was an off night. So I will come again, but it won’t be for a while.

We ate at the Bloomington, IN location. The service was bad, we didn’t get refills until After the appetizer and meal was eaten. The truffle/parm fries were hardly garnished/dressed. The fish was way over deep fried and her grilled chicken sandwich was dry.

Big Woods has a laid back and inviting environment. The staff is always so kind and conscientious of my needs. I frequently come back before or after work for a good conversation with one of the bartenders. Jessie, in particular, goes above and beyond to make me feel as though I am the only person in the bar. There are days that I have come in after a long day of work, my social battery exhausted, she lifts my mood and revives my energy for the commute home. Overall, it is one of the only two places within the four walls of the Keystone Crossing Mall I enjoy.

Great Service, wonderful food and drinks had a blast ❤️‍🔥

If I could give negative stars I would. I left my debit card on accident in the check sleeve and either my server or someone else who works at the restaurant in Keystone stole my card and went on a shopping spree. Ended up spending about 3K on my card before my bank alerted me. The best part is that they put through a TEST charge at Big Woods before stealing it to see if it worked.

Clean. Efficient. Staff is friendly and attentive. A meal for me, my toddler and a peanut butter cocktail came out to $35. Not bad. Atmosphere was clean and surprisingly relaxing even though the fashion mall was busy.
