Stopped here on our way to see the speedway. Pizza was delicious, beer was great, service was top tier

This was extremely horrible I waited over 40 minutes for pizza The gentleman next to me at the bar today waited 30 minutes to place an order the couple next to me got their burger before I got my pizza and the gentleman to down for me closest to the kitchen got his taco and an apology and I didn't get shit after giving like a $6 tip on a meat pizza and waiting over half an hour for my pizza I see why this place is closing in January The service is horrible.
The guy was working the bar was the one who opened your facility down in Brown county is 100 times better The service is better the food is amazing but I didn't want to drive 2 hours south just for a pizza
So I thought sure let's walk in there and get myself a good pizza less than half an hour nope

Waited at the host stand for 5-7 mins. 3 people looked our way but nobody came to greet us. I get being busy but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable.

This place is understaffed. Empty tables, but were told there was a 30 minute wait.

We waited an hour for our bad, overpriced food. ($50 + tip for this crap!) Burgers didn't have onions, lettuce, or tomatoes on them.

This place sucks and I highly suggest it be avoided.

I can't rate the food here because every time (3xs) I have tried to go to this location there is never a hostess and we've stood around waiting to get helped. The first time (a month ago) we were told by other patrons that that had waited 30min for food and the waitress has only checked on them at that point when dropping their food off. There was one other couple in the restaurant and they said the wait and service was awful too. No employees in sight and then the 2nd time I tried to go it was the same. Not a single customer was in there and I went to thw bar to get a drink and waited for a good 5-10 minutes & walked out. Tonight I just did the same thing. There were 3 guys in there by the bar as I sat at the bar and no hostess, waiter or bartender... not a single employee. I know rent in a mall isn't cheap, I use to work at malls and I've worked in the restaurant industry. This place won't make it if they don't get their stuff together. I see by the negative reviews poor service goes back at least a year, I was quite overwhelmed reading all the 1 star reviews, but not shocked. Bummed really because I love Big Woods in Edinburgh and Brown County. Very disappointed to have an opportunity like this place and it go to waste with earning negative reviews.

Also, gotta love the same generic responses to negative reviews. Smh

Went here and my food was good, but disappointing is the size portion of my cheesecake and the service was mediocre. Server took too long coming back around. Just wanted to dine at this place for the first and last time.

Rolled into Big Woods on a Saturday like a hungry mall warrior in search of flavor and maybe a little peace before the shopping storm. The server greeted me like I was the guest of honor at a chipotle-themed gala—super nice, super attentive, and didn’t even flinch when I asked if the Six Foot Blond came with a ladder 😄🍻

Ordered the fish tacos and that legendary Six Foot Blond beer. Let me tell you—those tacos were chef’s kiss 💋🔥. Just the right amount of chipotle sauce to make you feel alive but not cry in public. And the beer? Smooth, golden, and clearly brewed by angels who understand taco synergy.

The vibe? Fun, laid-back, and just the right amount of rustic charm to make you forget you’re next to a mall. Great service, tasty food, and now I’m off to shop with a belly full of taco joy and a buzz of blond brilliance 🛍️💃

We ordered the pulled pork nachos that came out with no pulled pork on them(they later brought us some to put on top).We also ordered a Pretzel with cheese that was delicious. I got a Bloody mary that when drinking it I noticed a sour smell. The server agreed that it smelled like an old dish towel. To top it off my berger came out raw inside. Not slightly pink I mean raw! We will not be returning. They offered nothing to be removed from the check and left us with a not so great feeling about the food we did eat. Most of it we did not.
