I ordered online and picked up inside the restaurant. It was very clean and the hostess was so nice. She's the only one I interacted with and she was fantastic. I ordered some cinnabuns and they were out but she gave me a container of the cinnabuns that cost more and we're bigger for free! Too cool. One thing I did notice was the other wait staff standing around talking and laughing while other customers waited for them to get done so they could be acknowledged. A guy literally had to stand up and say can I get some milk for my coffee. They handled that professionally. Love this one and will be returning.

This would b a nice place to put a restaurant with wait staff that wants to do their job. There r a couple members of their staff that go above and beyond but he rest really act like u r an inconvenience for them. It is sad u can only go in there when the good few r working.

I have been to this place in so long. But me and a friend of mine he went and ate in this establishment it was very good food and very warm and welcoming. I know the founder of this company would be very proud to see that your business is still thriving and looking forward to 2020 let’s go Bob Evans

I went today never have kitchen staff & the manager tells me that's why my potato soup wasn't ready all they have to do it is put it in a container and I called the order in and gave them 15 mins or more to fix it and that's the only thing I wanted I told her that's no excuse running a business and the potatoes could of been cooked a little more I will be going to another location from now on

I'm about 50/50 with this location now. Sometimes everything is good other times, less than desirable. This visit was the latter. They were very busy, that happens (I get it). But the customer should never feel their frustrations. Simply placing a carry out order was a large task. I waited a whole hour for the saladi ordered.

We went there twice and had a very bad experiences. The staff is very unfriendly and rude. The tables are sticky and the silverware has stains and were dirty. We waited 45 minutes for Sunrise two eggs with side and then cancelled it because for some reason they can’t make it in 45 minutes. The restaurant was not busy nor were the kitchen except for staff chitchat. We will not recommend it to anyone to go to that Bob evens.

I paid $17 for my steak meal. The steak was as small as an hamburger. If wasn't on my way to work I would have walked out and ask for a refund. I could have went to any of the multiple breakfast spots on Pendleton pike. Briana was nice and that is the only reason I didn't return this food.

1 hour late on a large order. Gave me the wrong food then blamed me for taking the wrong food they gave me. This place is so pathetic. They had many many hours notice before the order was due. No excuse for it to be that late.

Anthonnie and Uneedra are so awesome. Their customer service skills are on point. They greet you with a smile and when you are finished with your meal they’re still smiling. I will be returning with my entire family.

Bob Evans was great as usual. Our server was very personable but also extremely professional. I had a simple sandwich and fries that was pretty good. I will return soon.

Today we were able to get right in at lunch. There was no waiting and seating was prompt. We ordered Sausage Gravy Biscuit Bowls. The serving size was ample and we had extra to take home. The soft, buttery biscuits were served piping hot and reminded me of my grandmother’s biscuits. Definitely my go to dining choice when my family of the past generation!

One of the waitresses had on to much perfume and it caused my allergies to flare up and I couldn't taste the food. It did look good.

No it was an horrible experience. I had to wait 30 mins while they baked more biscuits. REALLY????? Ur a breakfast place that pride themselves on biscuits and gravy and to wsiyyhat Long was not good....so I'm not giving a good reviews AND on top of that, my waiter was not good. I had to ask for coffee, and the rest of my meal...not happy, not happy at all
