It started out with about a 45 minute wait for our food with barely anyone in the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, my 5 year old daughter pointed out to me that there was a hair on her scrambled eggs. It looked like an animal hair of some sort. We showed it to the manager who apologized profusely. He said he was not going to charge us for the meals and wanted to give us gift cards.
