I think they were having a rough day. The table next to us got the full run down of the specials,our server wasn’t tentative, we barely got water and he didn’t discuss the menu. Although it was lunch time and only 6 people for some reason it was very slow. My usual dish is the cedar plank salmon however comma as you can see it wasn’t presented correctly and the sweetness from the berries spilled into my mash potatoes (yuck). I’m giving them grace, but my review is to actually raise awareness about the infamous Bang Bang shrimp. This is my 3rd time in the last 9 months and the recipe has changed. The color, texture and taste are different these days and I won’t be ordering it for a while. The breading doesn’t stay on the shrimp which is incorrect maybe they’re bringing it out too fast but never should it be ok to fall apart and each time the staff justifies it so I’ll just not order it. And yes this is how he sat my plate down I took 1 bite and took the picture. The broccoli scattered and sauce all on the plate luckily this wasn’t my first time.

Great meal! The Cod Imperial, corn chowder, Caesar salad, and cheesecake were delicious. The service was excellent, too, on a cold and snowy night. We'll go back there soon!

First time at this particular bonefish. The waiter was amazing (Tommy W). He gave us nice recommendations and he was spot on! Time between apps, salad and main courses was perfect. It was an amazing dinner for all of us. We will return!

As usual the food at Bonefish Grill was consistently very good to excellent. Our server, however was not. We were celebrating a birthday, which was listed when we made the reservation and reiterated to the hostess upon arrival. No acknowledgement of the birthday was made by the server, who seemed much more interested in completing his shift than serving customers. We told the server that we were going to have a leisurely dinner, however he very quickly asked us for our dinner order without even checking if we wanted appetizers (which we did). As we were progressing through dinner, and chatting no effort was made to clear off the plates from one course to the next. When we asked him to take away some of the empty plates, he brought us our final bill and card reader --- without even asking if we were going to have dessert. I went ahead and tipped him 18% - which he did not deserve, but was the lowest option available. In all, the server lowered the overall quality and enjoyment of the dinner by one or two stars. By the way this was a dinner on a Wednesday evening at 6:45 p.m., The restaurant was 80% empty, so there should have been no excuse that the server was overworked or or overwhelmed by a crowded evening crowd.

We had a reservation at 11:30am and the restaurant opened at 11am. As a result there were tension the menu that were no available since they were being made. My mom enjoyed her filet. The service was good. Our server was polite and attentive.

I love the food and the experience but definitely need do better with the drinks ! Some of the drinks I got wasn't filled up all the way they shortened me on the drinks but other than that it was great
We celebrated my wife's 75th birthday. Food and service was excellent. Only little glitch was we didn't receive complimentary desert for my wife for her birthday.

It had been forever since I've been to Bonefish Grill and we finally went as a family of 4. The vibes were amazing and the service was great. The food was as phenomenal as I remember!

Food was really good. It's clear that staff works well together and helps each other out. We were there on NYE so the restaurant was very busy but we had a great experience. John took great care of us in the bar and we had a lot of fun!

It was a very busy night; however, we were greeted warmly. We choose to sit in the bar and watch the football games. Our waiter John was very busy but very friendly and professional. It took a while to receive our drinks and food but that was expected considering the large crowd. Food was very good as was our drinks. I recommend the restaurant for its atmosphere and its service and good food.
