“Absolutely AMAZING experience! My girlfriend and I were treated like royalty. Spilled a beer and they brought us a new one. They went out of their way to find a shirt in my size to purchase. The food and beer were great. We visit breweries in every city we visit and this is by far our favorite. 5 stars and we would recommend it to anyone! Even brought out kids and they have a kid menu and games to keep kids occupied! Couldn’t ask for anything better!“

“Nice brewery in the heart of downtown with apparently a huge following for trivia on saturday nights. We had a cranberry and blueberry sour and they were good separate and even mixed together. Bartender, though they were quite busy, was quick to greet us and check us out as we had reservations down the street for dinner. Was a little loud but to be expected from a large garage hall type brewery. Did not try any food but hope to in the future. Parking was a little difficult but no worse than any busy place downtown. They had a decent amt of free parking it was just already full by the time we arrived.“
“good beer & food. quiet atmosphere & had a great time people watching on the patio“

“I stopped by this location of Upland to give their beers a try, so I can’t really speak to their food. That being said, the bar was comfortable and the staff seemed friendly. It wasn’t too busy when I was there, and they had a good selection of beers to choose from. The quality of the brews struck me as excellent, and they had quite a variety of styles. Each beer in my flight was good, and no single one stood out to me as my favorite. This location of Upland seems like a good hangout spot if you’re in the neighborhood.“

“I was in tonite and ordered to go; the Spicy Garlic Wings, the Hoss Dip, the Nashville Chicken Biscuits, and the Tommy Pizza. All of it, hands down PHENOMENAL!!! So good! The Pirate Cat Brown is a delicious beer for you to drink while waiting for your food! Will probably go back tomorrow nite! Im from out of town and this is close to Ironworks where I’m staying!“

“We were apartment hunting and decided to check this out for dinner.
Great ambience and a great place to hang out.
We got a pizza brussel sprouts and a wedge romaine salad.
The pizza was thin crust and had great flavor.
Brussel sprouts was an interesting pairing with cherries and mustard seed...it worked well, I think maybe slightly less of the mustard would have been nice.
The wedge salad is a classic and they did a great job with that.“

“What a great way to use a no longer in use church! There's a lot of brewing history with the Catholic Church. The space still feels very Catholic to me, which makes for a unique Brewery experience. The beer and food both were very good. When this far north, I went with the poutine. Even the half portion was too much for me to finish, so still a very generous portion size. There were a lot of beer options. The man who took care of us answered all lot of our questions, which was greatly appreciated. I know this isn't the only brewery in a previous Catholic Church, but it's still something relatively unique to check out. Highly recommend.“

“Stopped in on a whim after shopping near by with a friend. I got a breaded tenderloin and it was delicious. Unfortunately, they were cleaning the beer lines and our server told us after I got a flight of beers. I think because of that they were not cold and one of them quite honestly was just not good. There wasn't a real resolution to being served mediocre beer, but the server was at least nice.“

“Solid Craft Beer Spot at Upland Brewing – 82nd Street
Stopped by Upland Brewing on 82nd Street and overall had a good experience. If you’re into craft beer—especially IPAs—this place delivers. I’m a big fan of their IPAs, and they didn’t disappoint.
Food Highlights & Lows:
• Wings: A bit too salty and vinegary for my liking, and slightly dry.
• Fries: 🍟 Solid and enjoyable — crispy and well done.
Best Part: The beer. Great IPA selection and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to hang out and enjoy a pint.
Takeaway: A great place for craft beer, especially IPAs. Food was hit or miss, but I’d definitely come back for the brews. 🍺“

“Hangar 58 is an absolute gem! The food was incredible, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The variety on the menu has something for everyone, and the drink selection was spot on. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy a meal. The service was excellent—friendly, fast, and attentive. I’ll definitely be recommending this spot to friends!“

“I honestly don't know how anyone could complain, the pulled pork sandwich and chips were spectacular! The sandwich was hot, the chips were fresh, and the young lady who took care was nice as could be! I sat down, ordered a drink and sandwich and had both in less than 5 minutes.“

“I love this spot, there are video games, pin ball machines, you can even play Nintendo if you ain't got money for the video games. they have great craft beers, little bar type food and the service is unbeatable. The owners are amazing people that stay on site when it's open and meet everyone as if they already knew them. if you haven't checked out this little gem you might want to swing by and do just that“
