The waiter Melanie was very racist sooon as me n my party sat down we was never properly greeted she was very rude yelled across from another table n ask if we wanted to sit at the bar because she had enough people to serve but was still seating other people in her area still never came to our table after waiting a hour

Downtown Indianapolis be there be days is very horrible with customer service the managers are white female with glasses blonde hair named Ashley very disrespectful she has guys working at the front giving out false information they told us they close at 11:15 for dine in we get here she strokes her shoulders and say oh well we close at 11:00 and we don't have corporate but you can call in the morning good luck very disrespectful. Then they gave our order to another person who was eating it at the counter!!!
My order was hot and ready. The food was good. I tried a new flavor that I personally wasn't crazy about, but that's my preference, not their fault.

Each time I order from this location, it is never ready.. always takes 15 minutes longer. They had 45 minutes to.prepare before pick up time. Front register girl has a severe attitude. Needs to not have a job with customers. They were not busy at all.. no excuse except pure laziness.

There’s a white Karen glasses about 24-28 during dinner rush, harassing drivers, she got anger issues, never present when picking up orders, since that incident, when pickup a cup from counter, she been harassing, management doesn’t do much about her, face always red, that’s a sign of anger, every time, she showed herself, even when someone already helping.

This is the second time in as many weeks I have ordered food and the paid sauces are missing. Manager told me things get overlooked. Once I could see that, but twice your staff is careless. Food is cold and onion rings without are very bready. The experience is getting worse from this location. I will be disputing the charge since the manager seemed less than interested to address this. Sauce makes the wings or I could have went anywhere to simply get wings, and they probably would be hot and with the correct sauce. EPICFAIL ohhhh an no celery either.

Ordered a couple times from this place for delivery. Both times my order was screwed up, they left out the same items.. upon calling them the first time they were incredibly rude even asking me to come pick it up when they are across town and I paid for delivery, tip, and service fees. Second time, they did it again. Both times shocking me as when I called they knew exactly what I was calling about as the food was still sitting there completed and just not sent out. I suggest you never order delivery.. just go get it.. or go somewhere else
