Really enjoyed the visit here. The service was good and the food was fresh and hot. The had the game on every TV and you could watch from every angle. If in town again I will definitely visit!

lol went in on Saturday night a 9pm! Even though we never got served we stuck around for 30 min watching the managers and servers fighting about who’s supposed to clock off!! They kept yelling between each other, then servers at the bar where we were sitting started leaving!! It was entertaining for a bit but left after because that was a crap show! Stayed for the drama, left for never getting served!!

Placed a pickup order today when I arrived I was told my food wasn’t ready yet. (Typical for a Saturday night I suppose) until I realized my order was 30 mins late and I was just late to pick it up. While I’m waiting I asked for some water cups To go. The male associate says “I guess so” and proceeds to stand there. The female worker then hands me the cups politely and asks me if I wanted a drink carrier or anything else and told me how to use the machine. The only one asking as if they didn’t hate their life lol. Later I opened my bag and sauce is all all over the bag, ranch is open all over the sides and the container is soggy at this point. Food wasn’t bad at all for being tossed around as much as it was.

Went there last night for my birthday with some friends. The place was empty (which is fine) we ordered our food (was only 4 of us) and it still took over 30 minutes. The food was horrible…I got the cheese steak and the picture on the menu was bigger than the sandwich I got. Chicken sandwich was small..we got ultimate nachos and it was nearly just chips it barely had anything on them a pitiful drizzle of cheese and it looked like a pinch of lettuce. My brother got a chicken wrap and it was the last thing to come out…took over 30 minutes to get a wrap done. Will not be returning and do not recommend..please go somewhere else you will get more for your money.

Finding parking was a bit sketchy but the restaurant was fabulous! Great food. Quick service. No wait seating. It was clean and comfortable. The service and our waitress were phenomenal!

Delivery Order. Food was tasty. Presentation was lacking. The food was tossed into individual comparts within the food container. A better approach would have been to have parchment paper in each space to absorb grease. Wet naps were provided. Three of the four condiments I requested were included. No marinara sauce for my cheese sticks! Bummer!!! Overall it was a good value although the order arrived later than expected and the food was lukewarm and slightly greasy to the taste. Otherwise, the dish was satisfying.

This is not good you guys put chicken wings in the cauliflower box and now my kid is puking her guts out this is very very bad
Ordered through Door Dash and the order was completely wrong even though the stickers they put on the box had the order right. I was then put on hold for 20+ minutes with a terrible resolution. The personnel treated me as burden and not as a customer they wanted to keep happy.

Lol😂🫣😂🫣 there's no way I'm going to this BW's after reading these reviews and it's down the street from me. It seems the management don't care either because they just copy paste the same response 😂it's so lazy which is a reflection of the service it looks like. It starts at the top! I'd rather drive to greenwood BW. I don't even have to look at the reviews I know it's going to be a better experience.

Very shitty response with calling…all I can say is I was told I was cussing and I wasn’t and I was put on hold for about 20 minutes to tell me to calm down when I waited over an hour and a half for my food being told DoorDash had two different people that picked it up so who’s the shitty person by the way still waiting on my food congratulations

Waited 5+ mins at the host stand, then waited 10 mins for our server to even come to our table. The food wasn’t rang in for at least 10 mins after we ordered, I know this because the server had to come back to the table to clarify an item. From the time of ordering it took 25 mins to receive my draft beer. My order was missing an item which was brought to the attention of the manager and I was told it would be right out…. As you can guess by the rest of my experience I never received the missing item. Server never checked on our table after food being delivered.
