Ordered through Door Dash and the order was completely wrong even though the stickers they put on the box had the order right. I was then put on hold for 20+ minutes with a terrible resolution. The personnel treated me as burden and not as a customer they wanted to keep happy.

It seems the management don't care either because they just copy paste the same response 😂it's so lazy which is a reflection of the service it looks like. It starts at the top! I'd rather drive to greenwood BW. I don't even have to look at the reviews I know it's going to be a better experience.

Very shitty response with calling…all I can say is I was told I was cussing and I wasn’t and I was put on hold for about 20 minutes to tell me to calm down when I waited over an hour and a half for my food being told DoorDash had two different people that picked it up so who’s the shitty person by the way still waiting on my food congratulations

Waited 5+ mins at the host stand, then waited 10 mins for our server to even come to our table. The food wasn’t rang in for at least 10 mins after we ordered, I know this because the server had to come back to the table to clarify an item. From the time of ordering it took 25 mins to receive my draft beer. My order was missing an item which was brought to the attention of the manager and I was told it would be right out…. As you can guess by the rest of my experience I never received the missing item. Server never checked on our table after food being delivered.

Smelled musty. Took forever to just get my drink soda, even longer to get my alcohol. Didn’t get the right sauce, let them know was told they would go get me the right sauce my food was cold before they ever check on us again, still no sauce. Worst experience I have ever had

The overall experience was mediocre at best. The food was OK but took forever to get out. It was freezing cold when it did most of the orders were wrong or incomplete and we’re not served all at the same time. Drinks were a self serve station where you had to get up and serve yourself drinks after the first round. The service was so slow. It took us about 2 1/2 hours to get through or not recommend

It’s ridiculous that when you come in there is never anyone at the counter to help you I sat there on my lunch break for over 10 min without so much as an hi had to leave because it would take an additional 20+ to cook so no lunch for the day and I come there all the time same thing a wait
