immediately a favorite dinner spot! quick service and excellent ramen. the atmosphere is the definition of chill. muted avatar playing on a tv in the back, easy background music, and the smell of the bakery items in the front. A five star experience, well back back for sure!
If you walk in and it looks almost like a coffee bar menu, you're in the right place. Plenty of choices from appetizers to main entrees. We had the Takoyaki and squid ring appetizers and they were amazing. Just a light crust on the Takoyaki balls with sauces and the center was great. I came to Wei Ramen pre-basketball game. The ramen portion was generous with a rich broth. The chicken was cooked with a perfect sear and internal texture. The extras (mushrooms, bean sprouts, green onion) we're all great.The service was 5/5.Great location downtown, highly recommend!
