This is by far our favorite Mexican restaurants in Indy. We tried a bunch over the holiday season last year and Bugambilias is our number one go to even for picky eaters. Everyone is always super friendly here and the food is always hot, fresh, and tasty.

THE BEST Mexican! The Birria tacos are the best I’ve had. They are tender and juicy but not overly greasy like others can be. The salsa is very tasty with a great blend of spices. The quesadillas are very good as well. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

I took my parents out for a beer at Deviate brewery and decided to try the tacos and burritos. My family is really picky when it comes to Mexican food and didn’t expect them to be so big and delicious. The spicier the better to go with a cold orange beer. Definitely get an order to go. They’re my mom’s new favorite.

We had the food truck out to two separate events in the last 2 weeks. After our first event, which had great success, I called to ask about a few "tweaks" and Jose was super open to suggestions, changed a few things around for the next one.
This past weekend they did our other event and it was a BLAST!!!! Everyone was raving about the food and quick service, the crew was super fun to have around!!!!! They will be my first call for any future food truck events!

This is our fav food truck in Indy! Service is fantastic, authentic style tacos, really compliment the beer at the brewery they park outside of! I also adore the quesadilla! Look out, the hot sauce is HOT (off the menu)!
