The employees at this location are exceptionally rude and I will be calling corporate to inform them of such heinous customer service. I got into the drive thru line and an employee came onto the microphone and advised staff was limited so there would be a 15-20 minute wait and the speaker cut off. I said “Okay, no problem.” No one ever came back to take my order. I sat there for 15 minutes and said “Hello” multiple times and no one answered me. That is unacceptable. Not to mention, there were no other cars in the parking lot or drive thru indicating there was a rush or a need for a 15/20 minute wait. This Burger King gives a terrible experience every time I visit it. The food is never good! And the employees all sound like they hate their job. Especially the rude manager! No one should have to deal with such nonsense when they’re trying to simply order food. Unacceptable.

Burger King is Burger King, so you know what to expect. Restaurant was clean, staff friendly and helpful. However, ordering in the BK app was a waste of time because they did not begin preparing the Whopper Junior until I arrived, which was 20 minutes after the order pickup time as stated in the app. Update: the sandwich was awful, loaded with so much mayo that it couldn't hold together and immediately became a sloppy mess. Rumor has it that BK is currently struggling for survival. If so, serving food like this will not help BK's cause.
