3 times ive been here and it was an hr+ wait Staff is extremely rude, and I've never cared for that but you have to get someone's attention in the chicken to even talk to someone and they even just randomly shut down the drive-thru while I was waiting (after they told me to wait) and weren't responding for over half an hr. I even called and asked if they were open.

I want it on record that Taliyah and Tiffany are absolutely amazing. I went to Burger King and they were the only people doing customer service and food. They were so professional and calm and friendly despite everything being against them. Frankly, they deserve a raise. Well done, ladies!

They are quick and accurate with the food orders, but the management team needs to work a bit more on ensuring they give each guest the attention necessary even when it's busy. They have tendencies to get a little flippant or dismissive about follow-up questions/guest satisfaction when finishing up orders when they are busy.

The employees at this location are exceptionally rude and I will be calling corporate to inform them of such heinous customer service. I got into the drive thru line and an employee came onto the microphone and advised staff was limited so there would be a 15-20 minute wait and the speaker cut off. I said “Okay, no problem.” No one ever came back to take my order. I sat there for 15 minutes and said “Hello” multiple times and no one answered me. That is unacceptable. Not to mention, there were no other cars in the parking lot or drive thru indicating there was a rush or a need for a 15/20 minute wait. This Burger King gives a terrible experience every time I visit it. The food is never good! And the employees all sound like they hate their job. Especially the rude manager! No one should have to deal with such nonsense when they’re trying to simply order food. Unacceptable.
