This crew and especially this manager is ON IT!!! Best BK in the city!!! Edited for points, but this BK is still the best one, fast, the order is always right... and they know how to mix the soda... which, apparently, is incredibly difficult these days 🤷♀️

Did a Mobile order waited in dt 20 minutes to be acknowledged...pulled to window...heard music playing loudly..then was parked as they said they were making food...had to physically go in and ask where order was..was Not greeted respectfully..food was cold and received no apologies..Will NOT be back to that one ...I used to work fast food for over 10 years and never gave that kind of service

I ordered an order and they took about 10 minutes to give it to me. When they gave it to me it was the wrong order. I complained to the manager and the one with a bad face was sitting in a terrible place, not recommended.

I love burger king lol 😆 but jesus. How you gonna order a LG fry and its small filled. Don't understand why it's so hard to drop more frys when you need it.

Couldn't even go in since we're on storm work and have to drive bucket trucks that very obviously can't fit in the drive through
Went to Popeyes and they closed at 11:55 pm. Rushed to Burger King and they took my order. Kudos.

I would give zero if I could apply here they called me I was waiting for an hour for my interview at one o'clock since the manager arrived treated me horribly she ignored me sad reality in the period of time I was there a client told me sure you want to apply I answered yes I need the job ok he told me kindly you are not seeing what they are like they don't care about the client much less the job they have then they started arguing with other employees and they didn't help anyone they said there is no staff at the moment we can't help them we all left I was sad because I needed the job and the customers because they really needed to eat. The owner should fire these people because of the bad reputation they give to Burger King because because of people like that we are wrong, they give them jobs and they abuse them if we have them. need and others waste it

First I was the only person in line at breakfast was ask to pull around and wait when I explained that I really didn’t have time I was refused a refund and the police was called the young white girl told the police that I did the every morning and trust passed me and kept my Money.and older black man was there co signing on every word she said I only work two days a week at 6am so it was not true at any rate I will never forget that experience nor will I ever again eat Burger King or recommend the restaurant to anyone I”ve been in customer service for over 30 years if that’s what they are hiring please check employees moral compass

I know I may have spelled her name wrong but want to let you know of the exemplary customer service she provided me. She truly let me have it my way and I felt like a King. It was reassuring to see a young lady with such a great business sense and customer service. Tuesday September 10, 2024. About 10:30am. East Washington street. If you want great service, choose this as your favorite Burger King. ?

Was here at 7:15am on Wednesday. Employees inside. And front door locked. And NOT accepting anyone at drive thru. 20 cars tried & failed to get in or go to drive thru. Whomever owns this Burger King. This is why your loosing $$! McDonald's was busier thanks to BK.
