I want it on record that Taliyah and Tiffany are absolutely amazing. I went to Burger King and they were the only people doing customer service and food. They were so professional and calm and friendly despite everything being against them. Frankly, they deserve a raise. Well done, ladies!
They are quick and accurate with the food orders, but the management team needs to work a bit more on ensuring they give each guest the attention necessary even when it's busy. They have tendencies to get a little flippant or dismissive about follow-up questions/guest satisfaction when finishing up orders when they are busy.
Service at the wondow was terrible but once I opened my food. I was surprised at how well this burger looks. Looks just like it was shown. F FOR SERVICE AT WINDOW. A+ FOR FOOD AND PRESENTATION
