I ordered breakfast at 10:20 on the app. Got there at 10:31 and they said “breakfast is over.” Even though I ordered ten minutes prior to breakfast ending, they refused to make my food and then had an attitude about it. Terrible customer service.

Had to wait a while for food that tasted like garbage and that is where my entire lunch went the onion rings were cold, soft, and gross. So the rodeo burgers were also not good. Cheesy tots sounded good but tasted like wall paper paste. Yuk Nobody enjoyed their meals and I didn't eat mine past the one bite of each . so it was total waste of money. I've had decent fries and onion rings from this location in the past. Not sure I can trust going back.

The door is always closed. Though they have dining room hours you can’t get in when it’s locked. Every time I’ve been there they’ve been locked. Without rhyme or reason. No note. Nothing.

Just went in to get lunch with my husband. We were not greeted when we walked in, there was only one other customer inside and we ended up having to wait almost 20 minutes for our food. The drinks were all out so had to ask for coke from the drive through and it tasted watered down. The employees were walking around slowly and without any hurry to prepare our food. There were several employees so it was clear they were not short staffed, just short on care. When we did finally get our food (expecting it to be fresh after such a long wait) it was all cold. The fries were limp and cold, the chicken sandwich I ordered was a soggy mess, the lettuce on it was wilted and the chicken nuggets we ordered tasted like they had been dropped back in the fryer to reheat them. Very bad customer service and very bad food. Spent $30+ to be this disappointed. I will most definitely not be going back. BK just isn’t it anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️

NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS TRASH PLACE

I'm extremely disappointed with my local Burger King. Every time I visit, I'm forced to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to place my order. To make matters worse, if yo decide to go inside instead,be ready the staff consistently gives you dirty looks.
- Long drive-thru wait times (30+minutes)
- Rude staff with unwelcoming attitudes

Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient, but this location fails to deliver. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
