Burger Theory at Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport

This is the anchor restaurant at the Holiday Inn by Airport at Indianapolis. I stayed at the hotel and purchase the breakfast ahead of time. On site, there is a sign says “buffet breakfast $14.99/person on spot or $10/person when purchased ahead of time”. The food selection is limited and no drink, you have to ask the server to bring whatever drinks you wanted. It is decent place for breakfast but it is definitely not a fancy place.

Said open until 10pm. Another couple and myself checked in at the same time which was 9pm. We went in to get a drink and watch a World Cup game. They wouldn’t serve us because they wanted to close early.

If you have another option, go there! Waited 45 minutes for our food! Chicken was very dry and burnt. Asked for no spicy sauce and got it anyway... couldn't eat it! Hamburger was just warm. Waitress did give us 20% off and gave me another sandwich. It was overly greasy.

This is by far the most over priced burger I’ve ever had! They claim the burgers are hand patties and that the menu items are made from scratch however the absolutely perfectly proportioned burger defies that statement,, I have worked in restaurants for 45 years and can definitely say that is not what a hand pattie burger looks like. The portions were extremely small, the flatbread appetizer we ordered was soggy and tasteless. The server did a great job, she was attentive and kind and she was by far the only thing we enjoyed about the experience. Two stars is being generous, do better please!

Not sure how this restaurant is ranked so high. It was average at best and way overpriced. It is convenient if you are staying at the hotel.

I did not expect much from a hotel restaurant but was very pleasantly surprised by their dinner menu. I had a delicious chicken farm burger and glass of wine.

I am not sure why people like the burgers. I couldn't finish mine, tasted like a frozen patty. Made me sick after I ate it. Never again.

I had dinner recently at Burger Theory after a flight from Houston. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean & welcoming. I ordered a Farm Fresh burger and fries. It was delicious. The service was excellent and I didn’t wait long for my to-go order. I would definitely recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner.

I was so impressed with staff Kristani was attentive even though she had just walked in to open the restaurant and people poured in. She worked systematically to take peoples orders and do what she could to keep people happy. I went back up to my room to do some work and came down later in the evening for a night cap and the place was jam packed, Sierra had joined and was just as attentive. A great team during an unexpected very busy Friday night.

Sierra the bartender did an amazing job handling a full house by herself. Give her a raise.
Burger was the best burger I've had in recent memory, fries crispy and salad fresh.

They close very early

Absolutely Amazing! Located inside holiday. The staff, the food, atmosphere, it became super busy and the staff from the hotel swung in to help, so food came out promptly! It was hot delicious, just like you menu described, and dare to admit I almost ordered a second burger when I was done just because. Out side seating was very nice, weather was great. Restaurant itself was clean and tidy! Thoroughly enjoyed!

Food was not great, it's basically a frozen burger patty you can get from Sam's Club or Costco thrown on a bun. The menu makes you think its a gourmet burger restaurant and it's definitely not that. For what you pay, plan on being disappointed. Save some $$$ and go to 5 Guys.

Food is god pub food; with some really good salads. Since the hotel is so isolated, it certainly is a perfect breakfast and dinner solution if you are staying g there. Great patio and fire pit, too!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner and Kristina was working alone. She was very busy but took excellent care of everyone. Her service was outstanding!
