One word …. Meh … not many choices in the area so they have a captive audience… 1 server/bartender … did the best she could .. ordered my food at 7:01 … 30 minutes later still waiting for food as I write this review… make sure you’re not in a RUSH …there were 10 guests in the restaurant .. 7:35 just received my food …

The fries were awesome! Burger was pretty good too. Ordered a double with no bun. It was cooked properly. Bartender was friend and attentive. Open until 11pm which was nice.

I was hesitant to eat at the hotel restaurant because I haven't always had the best experience at other hotels, but they knocked it out of the park. Pretzel sticks with the queso was yummy and the burgers were awesome. I had the farm fresh burger with a single patty, and seriously, the Boursin cheese with the portobello mushrooms and peppers was a delicious combo. Highly recommend!

They were busy but it was an excellent meal. We have one at our local Holiday Inn but keep forgetting to go! Their seasoned fries are very good...Yum!

Staying at the hotel and didn't want to go out. Very good food and great service. For hotel food I was surprised it was very good. If you're in the area give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Tasty burger and the onion rings were great! Pretty similar cost wise to other hotel bars in the area but the bartender was friendly and it was less crowded than the bar in the hotel I was staying in. If I’m in the area again I will likely be going here again.

We were staying at the Hampton Inn across the way and we saw a review of Burger Theory that said it was so good that they'd go there even if they weren't staying at the Holiday Inn. It was close by so we thought we'd check it out. It was alright. We would recommend it if you're staying there but we wouldn't recommend going just for Burger Theory.
