I worked for a vending company over 17 years and if one of our machines was out of a certain product and was called in we would have to go back out on that day to fill what it needed. We did not wait until the scheduled day came. Customer service was our priority. Canteen does not seem to uphold this priority. We have called into the company several times but they don't seem to care. We have been out of can soda and bottled Pepsi products for over two weeks. Completely rediculous!!!

2 things. They charge $5 to your card for every purchase and the machine doesn’t warn you anywhere ever. And the machines don’t work. See pictures.The machines CHARGE YOU $5 for every item you buy, when the most expensive items in the machine are less than $3. I don’t know if it’s true, but a friend told me that some businesses do things like this to earn interest on your money for a couple days before giving it back to you. But regardless, you can’t buy more than 1 item in a transaction and $5 is way more than the highest priced item in the machine. In 2-3 business days they put the money back on your account.Add to that that whoever loads the machines apparently doesn’t know how to load them. See pictures. This happens constantly - again way beyond what i thought was even possible.Updated three months later with more pictures of the same issue with the same machines.Updated 03/22 w/ more pictures. And to report that nothing has changed. To reiterate: they put a $5 hold on your card when the most you can spend in a transaction is less than $3. Can you tell this irks me?

Brand new machines, Brand new problems each week. Every week the vending machines do not work and cannot dispense product. Truly a terrible and unreliable service and we just recently switched to this company.

Vending machines at my company are horrible! Never work you tell them and they might work for a couple of hours then nothing again. Cold vending never works and the food has been in the machine turning green. Gross

When you slogan states.. Always Fresh, Always On... Might be a good idea.. not to have expired or expiring goods in the vending machine all the time.. Specially when you increase the prices of those expired goods..
