2 things. They charge $5 to your card for every purchase and the machine doesn’t warn you anywhere ever. And the machines don’t work. See pictures.The machines CHARGE YOU $5 for every item you buy, when the most expensive items in the machine are less than $3. I don’t know if it’s true, but a friend told me that some businesses do things like this to earn interest on your money for a couple days before giving it back to you. Brand new machines, Brand new problems each week. Every week the vending machines do not work and cannot dispense product. Truly a terrible and unreliable service and we just recently switched to this company.

I worked for a vending company over 17 years and if one of our machines was out of a certain product and was called in we would have to go back out on that day to fill what it needed. We did not wait until the scheduled day came. Customer service was our priority. Canteen does not seem to uphold this priority. We have called into the company several times but they don't seem to care. We have been out of can soda and bottled Pepsi products for over two weeks. Completely rediculous!!!
