They were missing some of the menu items, but I empathized with them due to there being some sort of convention going on in the hotel. Autumn was great and really made our visit enjoyable. Super excited to come back again!
I was staying in Indy for a convention this past weekend and I seriously had one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Autumn made me feel so at home and welcomed! She really took care of us, talked to us like we were family and really made us feel at home. She was funny, kind hearted, and best of all, she was honest. Food was good and service was polite/friendly. My Flatbread pizza was nice and crisp where it should be and the cheese has a nice toasting along the top.
