First time back to Champps since the pandemic began. The menu is limited but still has a variety of options. I had the miso salmon, which was a large piece of salmon, delicious roasted Brussel sprouts and rice. It was simply delicious! Too much food for lunch, but I still ate most of it. My friend had the cobb salad and potato soup, which she said was tasty too. Service was excellent and grateful to be able to eat outside.
When we walked in, the hostess didn't even say hello. She rolled her eyes, told us it would be 30 minutes and then took a personal phone call on her cell phone. They were short staffed but our server did her best and that was appreciated.

Poor server had to work by herself for all the food tables. She did a great job. Because of the lack of help our complete order was not filled, condiments and style (extra crispy fries) of food was not fulfilled. And the rap music could have taken a break. Other than that the service and food was great!
