BBQ chicken sandwich was burnt. Had to remove all the breading & sauce. Brioche bun was burnt. Manager didn’t think that was a problem. Server very good & apologetic.

Server was the single most miserable person I have ever met. If you hate your job you should find somewhere else to work. I see why she works at the airport. No respectable restaurant would ever keep that attitude around. We walked in and we stood at the entry for 10 minutes with no communication from Ms Miserable. She just looked at us and rolled her eyes and shook her head. Then told us she wouldn’t serve us if we were rude. Lol I bet this happens a lot with this hag!

Waitress threw our silverware and menus on table and very rude. I wouldn't let my dog eat there

Almost humorous. Coffee machine broken no coffee. Can’t butter toast been out of butter since before Xmas. Evidently no one care to go to a store and get some. Out of English muffins. Just sadly amazing. Do not try to get a nice meal at champs. They’re all out and don’t seem to care enough to fix it!

Overpriced and likely mostly still open due to its central location, this establishment offers miserable breakfast and reasonable lunch and dinner at silly prices. Avoid the bar lest you come with a fat wallet (your drink may be more expensive than your meal).Service was average for me, but it did the trick. Seating was strangely slow for having nobody queued.Even the atmosphere left a fair amount to be desired, its wall-sized television was on the fritz and playing a ridiculous infomercial about a miracle skin rejuvenation formula all the while.

Kid-friendliness: It's not really designed for children.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs should have no issue entering, although maneuvering may be a bit tight.

Typical airport food. Bacon was "chewy" (like it had microwaved). Good wheat toast.

Waited 15 minutes standing there waiting to be seated. Finally got tired of waiting and sat down. The waitress came over and said the kitchen is retooling and couldn't make food for 25 minutes. What a joke.

Way too overpriced, even for airport food. Used to be a great place. Has gone incredibly downhill in the past few years. Disappointing.

Food was great, and the atmosphere was pretty upbeat and cheerful. The girl behind the bar was quick and efficient, but I wouldn't call her friendly. She also didn't ask me what protein I wanted for my breakfast burrito and just defaulted to Bacon. I didn't even realize it until I got the order. Normally they'll ask you Ham, Bacon, or Sausage... Maybe it's not an option anymore... Either way, I'll be back.

American breakfast was ordered while waiting for transportation. Asked for bacon and scrambled as options. What I got was over medium with runny yolks and razor thin bacon pieces that had they been any thinner you could have read through them. The waitress was notified and had the eggs replaced with “proper” scrambled eggs. Unfortunately I have not had scrambled eggs this bad since basic training. They were hard and dry. Two slices of toast were provided with jelly packs but no butter. When I asked about butter I was told they were out. That would have been nice to know when ordering. Eating toast without butter is like eating pancakes without syrup, just not acceptable. I’m sorry but if I’m paying $14 for a breakfast, even and airport breakfast, I would appreciate edible eggs and bacon thicker than paper. Do not recommend.

At 8:15pm they called last call and then at 8:38pm came to our table and said the bartender requested our glasses immediately. They did not close until 9pm and they were mopping the floors still. Then when we asked for a different glass to pour our drinks into they gave us attitude and said they had been working all day. Super rude staff, zero customer service skills and they all should probably find a new profession because this is not it for them. If I could rate them a -3 star I would

Great service. Not the fastest, but I had plenty of time to catch my flight. I got the burger and fries and it was good. The burger could have been bigger, meat-wise, but the fries were great! I also loved that they had Sam Adams Oktoberfest on draft.

Very long waits for a waitress.. took over 10 mins to get an order in and 15 mins after asking for the check. Would have been ok if we weren’t at an airport grabbing lunch for a flight. Food was ok.. 20 dollars for two small pieces of fish and a small
