The service can be a bit disorganized, but once you’re sat down, the food comes quickly and is usually pretty good. It’s a nice environment and a great location.

Very slow and inattentive service, and very unreliable slow timing to get food. Took over 50 minutes for us to receive the half dozen wings we ordered as an appetizer. We were becoming concerned about timing so after around 45 minutes we put in entree orders - then our entrees immediately came out just 2 minutes after our wings when there was no room in front of us.

Beer selection is decent, and overall it’s a good sports bar vibe place. Food is fine, nothing special but decent. I did enjoy my salad with added salmon.

Where was the pizza on the menu?!?! The answer is it was not there, although we saw someone walk out with a pizza box for takeout.

We were going to a show at Clowes and took our freshman daughter to dinner ahead of time. We are familiar with the Fishers Chatham Tap location.

We loved the atmosphere and convince at the Butler Chatham Tap location!

Our server was 'ditzy,' as my husband said...I would not be as nice so will leave it at that. It was empty when we arrived vecause we were early for a performance at Clowes .and it took her forever to come to our table. Everything seemed really sssllooowww!!

I ordered the soup of the day, thinking it would come out before our food. It came out with our food and as a chili, NOT the soup of the day.

My husband's French dip did not come with its au jus sauce. It took him asking 2 times for it to arrive at our table. He liked the bread on the sandwich.

My chicken salad sandwich should have been called apple salad salad with a bit of chicken and not even a full grape sandwich.

Our daughter had the Butler Burger which was good but huge.

We will be back because of the location but improvement needs to happen. I wish I took pictures!

Decent food. Horrible service. Had to ask for our appetizer after our food came out. Had to ask for silverware multiple times. Went to the bar to pick up our own drinks and had to ask hostess to get our server to bring us the bill. It got busier after we got there but other staff were bustling around. It’s enough to make me try somewhere else.

I ordered the toasted Gouda and apples sandwich. Was so excited. Came with cinnamon. I would not have ordered had I known that, I don’t like cinnamon. Menu doesn’t mention it at all. Bummed.

I have never once seen this restaurant successfully cook a dish. Every time I've had their food it's been, half raw, missing key ingredients, sometimes with items you never even ordered. Absolutely abysmal dog ass service.
You're lucky if the food is even safe to eat by the time it gets to you
