Horrible service . Then again not surprised because I came to see reviews and see other people are having the same issues . Itās disappointing this is the only Chick-fil-A Iāve had issues with. Not only with my food but with the service itās being provided. I called about my order and this rude girl hung up the call .

Disappointed with the consistency and customer care.
I typically love Chick-fil-A and have always had great experiences especially being from New Jersey where the service has always been top-tier. But unfortunately, this location has let me down more than once.
This morning, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and was given grilled chicken instead not even something I knew Chick-fil-A served for breakfast. While I get that mistakes happen, this isnāt the first time Iāve had an issue.
Previously, I received a side of mac & cheese that smelled and tasted spoiled. Even the person taking my order acknowledged the smell when I brought it back which speaks volumes. However, when I brought it to the managerās attention, his response was simply, āItās made fresh every morning.ā Instead of acknowledging the issue, he brushed it off and offered me something else which honestly missed the point. It wasnāt about getting free food. It was about being heard and respected as a paying customer.
What bothers me the most is that this location knows me by name. They donāt even ask anymore which tells me they recognize I expect my order to be right, and if itās not, I will say something. Thatās not being difficult thatās expecting good service.
I really hope this feedback leads to better customer care and accountability moving forward. Because the food can be great, but the experience matters just as much.

Came to pick up a catering order and Mr. Brandon and the team absolutely delivered!
A touch of a wait but I believe that ought to be expected with such a large order and such high quality food!

If I could Iād leave a -5 star review. I consistently have issues with this location but I keep coming back because its the closest one to me and I have an autistic obsession with Chick Fil A. Today, they gave me the wrong type of nuggets, didnt put the lemonade in my tea, and placed our fries upside down in the bag so when we grabbed them they spilled everywhere. And the manager just stared at us holding up the empty box. I actually cried and I know that sounds silly but sometimes Chick Fil A is the only good part of my day but today it was the worst.

Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten. They were extremely knowledgeable about gluten and cross-contamination. They can flag allergies on their ordering pads. The food was excellent! Location was very clean!

I was not greeted by anyone upon my arrival but that's not a big deal. I received cold food after waiting in the store for 15 minutes for an order I purchased online.
