My next one star rating for the following reason the food is five out of five the ambiance is 5 out of 5 but the service was quite poor at the moment I find myself doing a delivery On the Doordash app, with which I have made hundreds of deliveries at this restaurant, I wanted to go to the bathroom today and they denied me, saying that delivery people or Doordash people don't have the right to use it.I really think it's disrespectful since it's the first time it's happened to me. I will make this report since the delivery people are also human and it was very badly done by the person who denied the bathroom in this case.I hope you can understand, analyze, and be more empathetic in that regard. Thank you very much.

Surprisingly not that busy. Location is convenient and they do a good job keeping it clean. Food was delicious and wait was really short.

So far every time I have Uber eats from this Chick-fil-A. I’ve had something missing in my bag. Quality check please!

We were in town for a day and needed a quick lunch. This location was convenient. The employees were very engaged, friendly and helpful. The food was great and the restaurant was very clean. Unfortunately, when I went back to the cashier to purchase a gift card, I noticed an employee bagging the food that had extremely dirty, greasy hair and was pushing his hair out of his face with gloves on. He did not take off his gloves and wash his hands, but kept right on bagging food. I brought this to the attention of the man at the register. He just turned around, looked at the employee and tried to sway my attention from it. Nothing was said to the employee to change his gloves, etc. I would encourage the managers to have a speak straight conversation with the employee about food safety and personal hygiene.

This was open when my destination restaurant was still closed in the morning. My Sausage Egg and Cheese biscuit was moderately priced, and quite good - although the soft, delicate, crumbly biscuit had difficulty keeping the food together as a single sandwich.

Called the store, asked to speak to the GM, the gal who answered said it was her. When I told her I can see on the Chick-Fil-A ap that the manager is Kevin Brown, SHE said “I am the GM” and hung up. That’s all you need to know about this place. Will never order here again and will be uploading the recording to show exactly the type of customer service I was given.
