Hands down one the my favorite places to get breakfast. Thanks tem y'all have yet to disappoint. I get the #5 and a coffee and everything always tastes fresh and is prepared well. Service is very professionally polite. all around win.

Placed order for delivery an hour and a half before they were closed and the order was canceled an hour later. Replaced the order with 30 minutes to spare before close and order was in pending for another 20 minutes. If you’re going to cut off deliveries well before closing time, don’t confirm the orders to begin with. Every restaurant I’ve worked at requires an employee to confirm the orders so I’m really confused why orders are being confirmed but food’s not being made and sent to the person who paid for it. Really fishy…

Had order takers meet you at door, can't see menu, then get in line and wait for them to call your name. Drinks were so packed with ice very little beverage. Food order was correct and got. Dining area was clean.

I love chic fila so this was a huge disappointment 😔 the service was terrible they were so rude didn't speak only to take the order didn't say anything kind to greet you or any kind of great customer service definitely needs a new team I got the mini breakfast sandwichs in 4 pack and the bread was so hard I didn't even eat it because I was afraid I might get food poisoning again this upsets me because I love chicfila to be honest I just think this one needs some upgrades on there service there and I feel like the food would improve as well very sad hopefully it changes being the one downtown Indianapolis you should have great customer service

A man was following and harassing me and my friends we ran into him at the chick fil a again and he came over harassing us all teenagers btw and the manger on duty I guess told us to take it outside mind you this a fully grown man harassing two teenage girls and they wouldn’t even call the police plus the food be cold

Very clean, friendly location near the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The staff where kind and caring during my visit. I picked up an order and brought it back to my office. On par food for the chick fil a brand.
