I have worked at IND. for 2 years now. I often come to this Chicfila for my lunch break. In the past, the staff were not very friendly or productive it seemed from a consumers POV. In the past 6 months, my experience has been wonderful, everyone is kind, efficient, vocal and complimentary towards each other and costumers! Especially Zion. He is a great employee and represents Chick-fil-A very well!

I was in a rush due to an oddly-long TSA line. I stopped by this CFA immediately before security, and didn’t think to check the order till I sat at my gate. I ordered a chicken biscuit with extra butter.I was a bit disappointed when I saw that I was only given a butter biscuit with no filet - despite having a receipt showing I paid for a chicken biscuit.It was too late for me to leave security to get a new one and re-clear, so I filled out the feedback form online. I figured I might get an apology email or something.What happened next was above and beyond.I received a phone call mere minutes after submitting the complaint from Zach- the ops manager. He profusely apologized and offered a refund. I was shocked when he offered to bring me a new biscuit post security.And he did it. He literally went through security in a rush to bring me a new biscuit before my flight - as well as an order of hash browns.This experience was incredible. What I didn’t tell him was I worked at chick fil a for 5 years - and it’s stuff like this that makes me proud to still visit CFA so much.Props to Zach for going absolutely above and beyond to make sure I had a biscuit before my flight.

Fast service. Employees were very friendly A++++ Got a drink refill quickly. Fries were the freshest tasting I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A.

I knew i shouldnt of ate the sandwich a few weeks ago when it didnt come out hot. I ate it anyways and had green poop for 3 days. You wouldve thought i was chugging green beers. It was awful. I am about over chick fil a as of recently

Ate here on the way out on a trip. The cashier shortage my change. Then on return stopped and got breakfast and made me horribly sick! Avoid, it's not worth it!!!

Smiling faces and busy. Everything moved smoothly. I always feel like I am pressured to order quickly here due to the lines. Food is always good. I read some of the ingredients on the condiment packaging. Not happy about this. I long for the days of simple ingredients. Seems like there are so many toxic ingredients in things these days. Aside from that, always a good meal and smooth transaction.I like that they are closed on Sundays. It's VERY RARE to see this in today's world. As a society, everything should not be at our beck and call. Patience is a virtue that is not being taught to our future generations. With that, appreciation for things goes out the window.

We go to chick-fil-a every Saturday for breakfast. We’ve been doing this for about 3 years now before football, or basketball games for my son. We love their service and they’re always friendly and always clean!
