Chilly Water Brewing Company is a great spot with a hip and inviting atmosphere. The outdoor seating is a plus, and the music is all classics. The chicken Caesar wrap is a must-try, with crispy chicken and tasty dressing. The Brussels sprouts with chili sauce are perfectly crisp, and the sweet chili Brussels sprouts are also a hit. The service is attentive and chill, with humble and welcoming staff, including fantastic bartenders like Emi. The beer selection is interesting, with a wide variety of options like Mexican lager, One Hop Wonder IPA, and Dr Feel Good. The beer menu is an old-school CD case! The Chicago beef sandwich is delicious but a bit spicy, and the TRIPLE burger and Cuban sandwich are also crowd-pleasers. The small brewery has a cozy feel with high-top tables and a big bar, offering a very local vibe with regulars and nearby residents. Overall, the experience is homely, with great beer, delicious food, and reasonably priced house pints. It's a perfect place to relax after a long day and enjoy some wings and sandwiches.
