First of all, let me start by saying chipotle is just way too salty. It was so salty. They need to have better options for people with high blood pressure low sodium options meet with less sodium. The chips are always superduper salty the chicken is always super Duper salty I’ve never tried any of their other meats, but I’ve only always tried the chicken and it’s always super Duper salty Some people can’t have all their sodium 🙁

Ordered pick up, was in and out, staff was friendly, and my food was tasty. Only thing, please be conscious of cross contamination. I’m a vegetarian and there was several chunks of steak when I bit into my burrito. Not ideal for someone who can’t eat meat.

Do yourself a favor and drive 3 miles east of this chipotle(us31) to the chipotle on Emerson. The one on Emerson is much better. I have been to both and the us31 chipotles is not consistent in food quality. Sometimes the chicken is burned, sometimes the beans arent fully cooked but often they ripoff you off in skimping on what they give you. They literally shake the spoon right in front of you trying to give you less ingredients, just barely covering the bottom of bowl with rice, but you can still see through the rice to bottom of bowl. They just want to rip you off by giving you less of every item. Be prepared to say COME ON, PUT MORE RICE ON, MORE BEANS, MORE CHEESE. The Chipotle on Emerson gives GENERIOUS portions consistently, its better run and only 3 miles further east. Also keep in mind chipotle has almost double its prices in the last 8 years. Just krazy. I used to eat their 2x/week when I worked downtown Indy from 2013-18, good deal back then but now its pricey for what you get.

I walked in the line was empty I had to ask for fresh everything . It looked completely disgusting , nothing was wiped off..if I didn’t have a screaming 4 yr old in the car I would have walked out . Customer service wasn’t all that either . Thanks but no thanks . I will not be back
