Kabuto Japanese Steak House offers excellent hibachi grilled food with entertaining chefs. The wait staff is nice and patient, making it ideal for both large groups and date nights. The chefs are humorous and engaging, creating a fun atmosphere. While the flames may scare infants, the overall experience is enjoyable. The place is well staffed and very clean, providing a good time for guests. Although prices have increased by $5-10 on every meal over the years, the quality and service have remained consistent. The new cooks sometimes burn or undercook the food, which comes with experience, but the chefs like Tom continue to deliver flawless cooking and engaging interactions, including with shy children. The environment can be loud with lots of talking and background noise, but it’s still a great place to eat. For a guaranteed full belly and a smile on your face, Kabuto is the place to be, especially if you dine with a talented chef like Tom.
