I ordered online and my chicken bowl came with no chicken and we didn’t get our chips and salsa. As soon as the food was delivered I noticed the missing items and immediately called the store. I asked for a manager and was told I was speaking to one. After explaining what happened all “mgr., Dominic” could say was we are currently closed. Not one time did he apologize for our bad experience. He referred me back to their web site and told me I could come in tomorrow for a replacement and once again added that they were closed.I’m a manager at a local restaurant and even if we are closed and I answered the phone. I would take the time to apologize and do whatever I could to satisfy our guest. Not keep repeating we are closed. Very disappointed with how you treat your customers. I understand that you were closed and couldn’t replace the order tonight, but you could have go on your computer and refunded me for my missing items or at least given me option and once again apologized!!!

Pretty decent....trash cans were overflowing....they were out of pico....food was just ok, kind of bland.

The food was overdone to crisp and rice was mushy from sitting in warmer too long there was no one else in the building and every single table was dirty booth and floors trash was overflowing the manager was even out interviewing someone so I’m not sure how they ignored the mess I had yo wash my own

Walked in and walked out ever table was nasty and the kitchen was horrible grill was disgusting there was food all over the flooor puddles of what seem to be water or oil on the floor food covered the back counters laying everywhere .. not sanitary I didn’t even order anything. I saw all that and just left I’m not about to eat that food.

I’m not sure what happened at this particular Chipotle, but the bowls are 1/3 less than they used to be. Happened last two times I ordered here, so I’ll need to find a different location. The food is good, just a lot less of it than just a couple months ago.

My wife and I wanted to go out for valentines day. We tried Chipotle for the first time. The place looked dirty, and staff wasn't really helpful. Nice lady only suggested 3 tacos with stuff on side so we can make them how we want. (But that didn't sound appetizing) The portions were little and not much of a variety. The drink station was sticky and dirty. Tea was nasty and the lids wasn't even covering them. Straw papers were all over the place. There was trash in the silverware bins. The line pans were dirty and mixed (like cheese in the sour cream, beans in the meat, brown rice in the white rice, etc) and wasn't cleaned. The tables were dirty and a lot of stuff scattered on the floor. We sat there and at the table after cleaning it off ourselves. We watched as someone came out and straightened the straws only! There was only 3 customers in the place, about 5 employees from what we could see. We got 2 burrito bowls, (our rice on the side) and an extra tortilla to try. Chips with cheese and 2 drinks. Over $30. My bowl wasn't even half full. My chicken portion was very small.Vegetarian options: Only have lettuce and bean.Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to onions. They didn't have tomatoes without onions.Parking: Tight turns to get into parking lotKid-friendliness: No. I didn't see anything kids friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Just some tables but not really handicapped friendly

They're doing the absolute minimum. Not a single clean table, garbages overflowing, filthy floor, drink station soda build up and filthy, rug rolled up in the corner instead of on the floor. Employee asked me what I wanted then didn't listen for answers so had to ask again for everything. Just going through the motions. There were 5 employees working, it was slow, and the place was a disaster. Only 2 of 5 employees seemed to be doing anything. Won't be back.

I’ve been going to this Chipotle for almost a year now, since I moved to Greenwood in March of 2023. The staff is out of this world! They have EXCEPTIONAL service, always go above and beyond to take care of me and see that I get the best food and service possible. We are on a first name basis at this point. The portions are exactly what you would hope they should be. I can’t say enough good things about this Chipotle location. It is always clean, well managed, and taken care of at a top notch level. I am now moving out of state for work again, and I can genuinely say that one thing that I will miss most about Greenwood is coming here on a near daily basis and chatting with the staff! Every word of that is genuine. Eat here. The people are A1 and the food is great!-Carter H

The employee who made my food was not very friendly and I felt rushed. There was a floor mat on the booth seat next to me while I ate. The floor had trash laying around and were sticky, tables were messy. The food was very good!
