Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came in last night in which a new hire was serving us. She told us it was her first day so we were patient with her as she made our order. However, another team member I believe is named Tyler (girl with bangs) as that was the name on the receipt came and was objectively rude not only to us but the new hire. I didn't care much that she had an attitude and was rude to us and other customers but to be impatient and rude but of nowhere to someone who is learning is a bit unprofessional. Even asked for vinaigrette
and another team member went to get another one for us because it was filled so low, and Tyler had an attitude and basically said she didn't care and we got what we got. Literally no reason to be that nasty and rude. Wish she didnt make one of our orders because it ended up soupy anyway.

A bowl of soup every time is insane . I guess I need to order from the one in Carmel and drive 40 mins to get it because the one by my house downtown on Washington can never get it together . Soup bowl is insane because that’s what it felt like . Where are the cracker with my soup

Hard to find due to construction BUT the staff was AWESOME and food was incredible! Such a great deal for the food quality that we got! The staff were going out of their way to help us with our questions and extra sides that we wanted. WE love this place! The food was so fresh!

The people that work here are awesome. The Burritos are always on point. Today I went in to pick up an online order. When I did I noticed that something wasn’t in the bag. One of the guys at the front counter explained the terms and conditions of a reward item that I had not read. It made sense and I just have to say. The way he handled it was 10/10. I come here all the time and I just never redeemed a reward Ike that lol. Anyways 5/5. For a Chipotle. It’s one of the best ones I have gone too, period.

I wasted $19+ dollars on a bowl with steak that was chewy I couldn’t finish my bowl

Chipotle is known for skimping on its portions and they execute on that everytime. Somehow spent $26 on a bowl for lunch where the $7 worth of “double” protein was actually a sad half scoop that likely ended up being just my base protein. Should’ve just went to Ruth’s for lunch.

Ordered a double meat burrito and it tasted like half meat …. Chips were stale I don’t know how you manage to mess up something as easy as chips ….. go somewhere else clearly nobody cares at all here

Great place and great meal however, there were a number of homeless and unstable persons loitering the entrance of the place and that was really frightening for me especially, for my safety and security. Thankfully, I went in and came out with people

My first time dining here. It was mediocre to say the least. Staff seemed to be bothered by requests, food was edible.. nothing to be excited to eat. I felt like I wasted money.

Good food and good service. Hard to find at 6 East Washington Street because the entrance is surrounded by construction scaffolding. From a distance, it looks like chipotle is closed.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. We’ve found plastic in our food at Chipotle on 6 E Washington St, Indianapolis, three times. That’s not just unacceptable; it’s unsafe. Worse, customer service did nothing to address it either time. To add, we ordered ahead, but the order was not made until we arrived. I'm not sure how ordering ahead is a convenience.

Trying to get a response is frustrating, slow, and painful, like pulling a nail out of a 2x4. There’s no sense of urgency or accountability. Found in my mother's food, who’s a senior twice and mine once.

Save yourself the hassle and your health, I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
