Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered in the app and it got delivered over an hour after it said it would be. Thus, my food was not only cold, but did not have any of the ingredients I asked for with no explanation. Will never order from this one again. I am a Chipotle fiend but not when it looks like cold and runny diharrea in a bowl. Tried to use the online customer service but that’s a joke too.

Management is severely lacking. there is never more than one person in the line even during a rush but youll see a manager sweeping or doing something not timely. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. The wait here and the greed behind it is unacceptable. Push back against corporate and HIRE HUMAN BEINGs.

We ordered from the app, and found out they use door dash when they left a fire house sub on our doorstep. When I called the store, I had to drive in to pick up my food. Not sure how to get the doordash fees back.

Very good for what it is, super fast and friendly and excellent customizability. I would still suggest trying any of the nearby authentic Mexican spots nearby however.
We went in about 1.5 hours before closing. The front staff was pretty annoyed to serve us. Nope, don’t have sour cream, nope, no guacamole either, No, you can’t have dressing for your salad despite several pre-made cups in the table. We shrugged it off and cleaned off the table we sat at. A friend came in behind us and had the same battle with the staff. She finally asked if she had done something wrong and was told by the staff that they hate all the cheer moms coming in to the business. The food was good but it was just a bit odd that there was such a hard stance against people that said please and thank you along the ordering line.

A lot of people say that Chipotle serves less than they used to as far as protein portions go. This is entirely accurate at this location. Actually, in this case, I would say that portions for everything were smaller than normal in a burrito bowl.Normally, a Burrito bowl is enough to satisfy me, but after eating here, I felt like I had to eat something else to feel satiated. I had a small grilled chicken strips order at Chick-fil-A a few doors downMost of the tables were clean, and the line was relatively short when I arrived.

My office is less than a block away, frequent this location. They are consistently out of staple items (fajita vegetables, white rice, etc.) When I ask for complimentary item in return (drink, chips, etc.) I receive a cold shoulder and 0 compassion for customer service.
Place is a DUMP! they take advantage on Doordarsh orders and barely put any protein in it, orders consistently wrong and if you are crazy enough to actually go there you'll see the workers lack hygiene, common courtesy and just basic human skills. On top of it the place is always filthy.

The cashier girl with the name tag "DaDa" was so rude, so nasty, and so ugly. She had horrible hygiene and she was a miserable person who shouldn't work in public. She was a disgusting human being and I hope she gets over whatever hurt her because she's pathetic and it shows.
