Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is always out of food, I went there at 6 pm, they close at 8, the server told me they are out of a lot of stuff and told me to go get food from some where else. The owner deserves to know.

Employee had his UNDERWEAR showing. His pants were down to his thighs. Utterly ridiculous. Ordered the steak burrito with black beans. Steak was overly spicy and the beans were like ROCKS.

This is one of the busiest Chipotles I have ever been too. The staff work fast, hard, and still are engaged. I honestly am not the biggest Chipotle fan, but it is close to work and this location is stellar. I recently had a situation where there system went down and they picked a spot at the end of the line, served everyone forward without cost (probably ate $200 in revenue), and then paused future orders until they could properly reboot. Kudos to whoever is running this location. Amazing!!!

Yesterday my wife ordered us some food online for pickup, but somehow the order was sent to a location 10 hours and several states away. When I tried to rectify the situation, Chipotle, refused to help us, refused to send the order to the right store, and refused to return our money, I am beyond angry with these people. We will never go back. Worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Pathetic…And the food isn’t even that special. To treat people this way, your food better at least be the best. It’s average at best.

The worst Chipotle food experience by far. Why keep the store open if you are out of the core meats and veggies and you're not going to be grilling a fresh batch?! In add, service was super slow, food portion seemed rationed AND the people preparing or serving the food need to be schooled in food hygiene. Avoid!!

Great food, awesome management and staff, all around great experience for a first time customer

The associate almost refused to use his hands he made a hard shell taco and all the insides were mostly on the outside including the sauce and when I mentioned it to the young man he rolled his eyes and the whole team joined in with a laugh. The meat was hardly there but at least get it in the shell. Especially for $10 for 3 tacos

Had two young kids and began ordering and they charged full price. Poor service and not kid friendly at all. Plenty of better options in the mall.

Absolutely disgusted with this bug I just found in my food. I nearly ate it! I never want to eat at Chipotle again.

Ordered through GrubHub. "Keto Salad" was lacking in most listed ingredients. Most notable was the absence of guacamole, for which you are charged a ridiculous amount to begin with. NO ONE's order that showed guacamole included it. Pathetic.
