This location is terrible. The customer service is non-existent. I wish they would have closed this location instead of the one on Washington Street. I bring my special needs son here all the time and constantly have to fight for anyone to give us any type of service. If you have a choice at all, I highly recommend going to the Castleton location. ESPECIALLY if your child has special needs of any kind.

it’s so busy, no one is doing kid check. i just watched multiple families leave with kids & no one checked them out. food was so expensive & was NOT fresh. the tables need to have napkins back on them. also does chuck e even come out any more? didn’t see him the entire night until a birthday show & was only for the bday kids.. this place has def gone down hill over the last year or so…. not impressed

Chuck E Cheese doesn't come out until 12:30pm or later. We had to sit and wait 25mins for him to come out after we were done eating/playing. Spend all this money and have to wait to see Chuck. Never had this happen at any other location, and we have been to lots of locations!! So don't come at 11am with your young children for early lunch, Chuck E Cheeese will not be out for your kids to see! I highly recommend one of the other many locations.
Store was clean and nice but for the money it costs I will take my kid to another location.

We had my granddaughter's birthday party here. Staff was super helpful, patient and very friendly. We had an amazing time. Place was clean and tidy. Wonderful place to go. We went on a Wednesday night and wasn't even busy. Great time and good fun.
Thank you for making our day wonderful. The management and employees were very understanding, helpful, and nonjudgmental. Rare kind of quality to find these days. Even my 18 year old hugged Chuck E Cheese and I was shocked to see the mascot return the hug, too! My son must have really needed it that day as hugs are rare from him. And the patience you all had when I had to chase down my 15 year old as he got overstimulated.
