Good portions. I was concerned about the warmer above the counter where the pizza is left for collection. I noticed it's very full of dust. I wished it would be cleaned.
Today is Wednesday about 12pm.. There was hardly anyone there & the place & restroom were clean.
They just need another person up front checking people in.
The pizza was delicious, fresh & hot.
There was no ice. But variety of soda options.
They have a sale on a monthly pass.

PLEASE READ! SAFETY AND SECURITY OF OUR CHILDREN IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE AND THESE POLICIES WERE NOT FOLLOWED. As we were leaving, no employees were around to check our hand stamps to make sure the parents/adults were leaving with their own children. This is a company policy. Hand stamps must match to be released from the building. This upsets me the most!
Other issues encountered: When paying for the package we chose, we discovered there is also an additional UNADVERTISED $2 charge for a card. Cards have to be used on all rides and activities so they are not optional. Cards may not be turned back in for a credit or refund.
There is also a trampoline area that cannot be used unless special socks are purchased for $10/pair!! Why????!!!!! My grandson got kicked out because he didn’t have the special socks. I will definitely not be going back and I hope other parents pay close attention to these issues.

It was great going on a Tuesday not packed a few kids which was awesome but ordered some food just to get me by but garbage… never again I got wings some fries the wings just look at the pics more so both were undercooked and the trash should of got pizza instead… I do reviews got and bad so beside the food everything was cool just don’t order wings or fries get pizza👍🏽

Just had my son’s party here , things went well as expected . Then my host took a twist towards the end and began to get an attitude . Me and a few of my family helped me to clear the entire party table , and made sure to be in booths by the ending time ! I did not pay until my guest began to leave , as the line was so long and I wanted to make sure to let all my guest know they were noticed and to get pictures before they left ! But this host seemed real rude when I hadn’t went to pay yet . I just didn’t understand the attitude change toward the end . Though my son had a great time , this will be our last party here .
Kid-friendliness: One staff member I can’t think of her name ! I believe a manager , blonde hair ! Would stop and talk to all the kids , mostly our toddlers that attended ! Very nice ! There was also another manager I can’t think of her name , but was also so sweet to my kiddos at the party ! Couldn’t thank them enough !

Kids had a blast. Just wish there were more employees working and able to open the trampoline part. We paid for it but wasn't able to use it since they didn't have someone that could come open the gate.

The quality of the pizza here as well as the price range I would for surely suggest not buying the food from here. The system of not using coins to play games it quite ridiculous in my opinion as well but other than that very family friendly and they got the cheapest beer on the market.

It was insanely crowded which I understand. But it was heavily understaffed. It took forever for anything at the desk. Went for a party and they didn't even have all the party supplies you were supposed to get. Didn't bother to mention it either until they were requested. The entire experience was just a mess. I feel bad for the young employees because you could tell they were overwhelmed.

Soo many kids! LOL the crew that works there have more patience then what I would have! And the staff was kind to even the meanest, nasty customers! Could not believe how some mothers dressed and acted to the staff! Edit review. Be prepared to buy jump socks AND jump time on the trampolines! Yes each are separate socks and jump time is it's own cost definitely cheaper than sky zone and urban air!! But only for the small kids.
