They booked several other parties at the same time and as a result the birthday celebrations with Chucky were crammed together, which took so much additional time out of their game play. In the beginning we were told we could pause our game play, but that wasn't the case for parties.

Walked in and it smelled like dirty carpet. There were no attendants to help in the game area. The points weren't adding up on the cards like they were supposed to. The machine said get an attendant and you had so many points but when you get up to the desk they tell you there's less. Maybe they were short of help but the workers weren't friendly. The only worker that was friendly was the mouse, he let the kids take pictures with him.

Fun for the kids. Guy at the door was friendly. Several machines were down but still enough for kids to play. My main complaint is that games only paid out 1 or two tickets, and “jackpot” tickets were low counts. After 2 hours we walked out with a large candy and a book mark. . .

Very long line on a Saturday night and they had a lot of help but only had one person at the register manager also saw this line also a few of the games are broke and take a lot of points

My hubby comes here often with our 7 year old. Every time we have visited it's been clean, even in busy times they are actively cleaning! The staff is very friendly and our kiddo has left happy all of the time! The new upgrades/features are nice and offer a little more for the kids to do now. We really want to highlight one of our favorite staff members John(not sure of the last name but tonight was 11/10 and we visited in the evening!). John has really great customer service and attention to detail, he always seems to be in motion and on task with a smile on his face! He really made our visit so great tonight, we absolutely love it when he's working!

The few staff members they had on were very nice. It was extremely too busy though to have less than a handful on the clock. The cake we ordered was horribly stale. The pizza was fine. They should adjust the price at the door so that all kids are able to jump. Our kids were jumping and I felt bad for the children outside of our party who were standing on the sidelines unable to participate. Also, there was an overwhelming stench of sewage or something similar when you walk in the front door. I would have left but I had already paid my deposit online.

I had my 6 yr olds party there. It was FANTASTIC! They provided EVERYTHING ! She had A BALL!! Dancing with Chucky and singing! Jumping on the trampoline playing games. The staff on East Washington Street were sooo good with the kids. The pizza was DELICIOUS!! BRAVO!!!
