This hotel is crazy in need of MAJOR repairs, I am currently here as a company has put us up here for a training. It would not recommend this hotel to anyone, if anything try to go to any other hotel but here, the Crowne next store is $40 bucks more a night but at least you will know you are walking into a clean room, up to date rooms, and rooms not needing major repairs. This hotel also claims to have a lounge/bar. Has not been open for appears many months. Also appears at one point there was a actually restaurant at one point, it is where they serve "breakfast". If you do stay here just go to McDonalds at least you can leave without worrying about food safety and quality. Also after the first night I noticed a box of food I had left was missing once I returned, kinda a blew it of as not a big deal. Then later to find out also I have also had about 40-50 in change stolen from this room. I will be informing our company to move hotels because this is not the way to treat one of the companies that is having 20+ people stay here every week. In the long run DO NOT COME HERE PICK ANYWHERE ELSE.

I'm currently staying here now on a business trip for work and thus has been the worst experience ever. This hotel is dirty, the employees are rude and barely speak English. I checked in on Sunday afternoon and the front desk clerk who had a nasty fake tan and big boobs and short dark hair and wore glasses was so condescending and rude kept asking for a credit card after I told her repeatedly that this room had been paid for in advanced and I even showed her my receipt where it was paid for. She still asked for a credit card and I told her there's no need for my credit card because my room was paid for. She then started throwing stuff and shoving paperwork in my face for me to sign. I didn't feel welcome when walking into this hotel at all. After she throws my keys at me, I get on an elevator that obviously is past due for repairs and the elevator keeps getting stuck. One guy got off the elevator only to walk around and bang on the wall for it to work again. From that moment, I questioned whether or not I should tough this out this week or call my employer and beg to switch hotels. I get in the elevator, the elevator stinks and the mirrors are dirty. I go to my room, my floor smells like death. There's no ice machine that works on ANY floor. This hotel does not smell clean. It smells like they use the weakest strength of fabuloso cleaner. My room had only been cleaned once in the 2 days I've been here. The breakfast was underwhelming. I was not impressed at all. I don't feel comfortable eating anything that is not individually wrapped or packaged because I'm not sure if they used proper technique in handling food, just by noticing how nasty this hotel is over all. They did not change my sheets as I thought they would and they claim in their book that they do. This should be embarrassing to the city of Indianapolis by having such a nasty hotel right next to the airport. I would NOT recommend ANYONE to stay in this dirty a** hotel. I literally cannot wait until checkout time on Friday to leave! This hotel should be closed down or someone else should purchase it and renovate it to bring it up to code and the new age. This hotel is a 0/5 for me.

First room carpet not swept, air conditioner didn't work, phone didn't work, TV didn't work— moved us to second room carpet not swept, light in bathroom didn't work, TV didn't work. Third room TV didn't work. We walked up the stairs 5 floors because the Elevator was stuck. Carpets in hallways needed swept We waited 50 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to pick us up. We called 3 times and we have a 2 hour drive home at 11 pm pick up. Not happy with the hotel or the service. Do not recommend the stay. Hotel is dirt and aged. Service is poor.

I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel and wanted to leave as fast and my husband and I did. We were there, maybe 15 mins. tops, and that was to look for another hotel. I didn't even attempt to unpack.

This hotel is a dump. The rooms aren't clean. There are things lying around from previous tenants including "medication", boxer shorts, socks, hair ties, and all around trash. I cleaned it up and left it for housekeeping to take out for me when I went to work that day.....mind you that I stayed 4 nights and housekeeping made the bed once but left all the garbage I left out from the previous tenants in my room...i took it out to the dumpster for them.

UPDATE: I was wrong there was 1, sort of, decent thing: I dialed room 352 (of course it didn't work) and within 3 min a lady was knocking on the door. Apparently the phone had called their 911 instead of 352. Not that the lady that appeared at my door would have been able to assist in any way and she looked at me as if I was lying about not dialing 911, but at least they responded quickly to what they "thought" was an emergency.

Hotel was outdated, breakfast was in a rundown dark room and had discussing breakfast and the towels looked old and discolored and didn't smell clean. Will not return

Took 20 min. To check in with airport voucher. Old rugs with gross carpet I could not walk barefoot on.ceiling bathroom falling down, tiny bit of toilet paper and 2 temps, colt or hot and smell of cigarette smoke yet signed no smoking clause. Nice I guess than sleeping in airport. Beds nicely made up.

Very poor stay. Starting with the rude front desk clerk who could not get keys coded properly. Hotel and room were dirty. Elevator is a trip hazard. When I pulled back the comforter to get into the bed there were fresh blood stains on it. When I called for a replacement they sent up a full size mattress pad. Exercise facilities were a joke. Three mismatched weights. No sanitizer. Water cooler was unplugged and empty. Breakfast was not monitored and dirty Fruit flies everywhere. Nice dining area but not maintained.

This hotel was nowhere near 3 star. I booked through Priceline and will NEVER stay here again. Bed was hard, water hardly ran, there was no ice machine, my bed sounded like it was going to fall apart, and it was very dingy. I do NOT recommend anyone stay here

I typically try to rate positive reviews but this is by far one of the worst experience I've ever experienced. My first night in the clarion hotel around 4am I woke up to my back itching and a few welts on my back. I begin to look around the sheets to investigate just to make sure it wasn't what I expected and of course it was, a full fed bed bug crawling from under my pillow. Being as though I've worked in hospitality I know these unforeseen circumstances are in some situations uncontrollable. I called down to the front desk to inform the agent, I didn't catch her name but she was African American with an accent she was very pleasant and fast about moving my room, I asked was it possible to have my cloths dried just as a precaution, she assured me once I was finished with my orientation some one would be able to dry them in there utility dryer and I was perfectly fine with that. The next morning on my way out I spoke with another agent to confirm also pleasant and aware of the situation without me going into detail she went on to ask for my information assuring me some one would reach out to me more so to assist me with drying my cloths. Of course I never received the call but Upon returning to the hotel I was met by Janet, Janet wasn't so pleasant In fact she was down right Rude. Through out every encounter I was very understanding and even maintained a smile concidering the situation and this is how I approached Janet. After introducing myself to Janet and briefly giving just enough information without going into detail because there were guest in the lobby she abruptly cuts me off and informs me a Manager by the name of Tracy and two maintinence men went up to the room and found no evidence of bed bugs and I need to dry my cloths myself. I proceeded to show Janet the pictures of the living (before) and smashed bed bug (after) on my phone which left a huge blood stain which I left facing upward so they would not have to spend any additional time during there investigations. Janet's response was "well I don't have anything to do with that and you need to dry your own cloths, there's a coin laundry not that far" with Janet's terrible professionalism I asked was there anyone else I could speak with, she told me No I'm the only one here and proceeded to pull out a altoid mints can and says " here's $1.75 in quarters so you can dry your cloths" at this point I'm disgusted and humiliated I ask her name she says Why?? I asked the managers name she responded well she's just a manager here that looked in your room why do you need her name, I explained that I would be speaking to someone in the morning and I would like to know whom I'm speaking with and whom I spoke with she provided me the names and finished with "we'll be reporting you guys as well to your company too" I Have Never met an agent like Janet, this was so poorly handled on Multiple levels. It goes without saying I would Never stay at a clarion nor any choice hotels for that matter again.

Stayed here for two nights and was injured during my stay. I've called 5 times to address this with management and after 10 days have not received a call back. The staff is probably the most uncaring I've ever experienced and Choice Hotels won't help. Good luck to you if you stay here.

Disappointing. The hotel is older so you get the "old hotel" feeling with the metal doors and low ceilings and such- but two simple things there was a total fail. For one thing i asked for a wake up call to catch an early Morning airport shuttle. There was no call. Fortunately i had a backup alarm but I'd depended on the hotel i would have slept through the time i needed to the airport to catch my flight. Unacceptable for an airport hotel. Second, what is with the towels? I had one towel that was little more than a large hand towel, a washcloth and a bath mat. That's it. Is it too much to expect a couple decent sized towels? The bathrooms are old and the shower head comes out low (like chin height for me) so there was this crazy clunky fixture to raise it up that came out halfway across the tub. My room looked out over a roof with a big protrusion on it like something mechanical or maybe an atrium window setup, and then the other side of the hotel so unless i pulled my curtain my room was in full display to the side wing of rooms.

I should have checked the reviews before I booked this dying dinosaur. Now I will admit that this day has been a bad day, but this hotel took bad to a new lower level. The water was off for several hours today, an the in-house restaurant bar an grill opened but then closed. There is no AC in the lobby, an the smoke detector in my room has a plastic bag over it. Need I go on? On the plus side it does seem to be clean enough but the furniture is cheap an uncomfortable. I would expect better from Clarion.

Blood on unmade bed! Got assigned this hotel from delta airlines. Walked in and it reeked of smoke and look over and the bed wasn't made. I walked up and picked up the comforter and pushed it to reveal a blood soaked comforter. A nightmare!!!!!
